只有三星期嘅集訓，我們這一班無論有接觸過或冇接觸過拳擊武術的演員朋友，大家到最後喺擂台都係全力以赴！中間有人受傷，不幸要退出比賽！但大家付出過的努力和精神是不變的！在此很感謝Amigo, Bernabe, Bobby 和其他師傅對我們的嚴格訓練！👍💪台上三個round, 如果你唔積極備戰，我相信變成豬頭是很容易😂最後多謝我對手Fred和我太太和好友到場支持！👍大家繼續加油💪FIGHT盡！ No matter whether our class has any boxing / martial arts experience, everyone gave their very best with just 3 short weeks of training. We gave our 110% in the ring but unfortunately, some participants were either injured or withdraw from the competition. But our efforts remained unchanged and spirits held up high!
Special thanks to Amigo, Bernabe, Bobby and other masters for their strict & rigorous training! There were a lot of preparation & dedication to hard work that goes into it before going three rounds in the ring and can definitely be beaten badly if I wasn’t well prepared.
Finally I would like to thank my lovely wife, my opponent Fred and friends for all their support! Everyone keeps on cheering and lets fight to the end!

John Shink ?? finishing his opponent with strong knees and elbows in the 3rd round this past Tuesday night at Bangla stadium here in Phuket. This is John's 6th straight win since winning a sponsorship contract at the 2019 Tiger Muay Thai Tryouts in June. John will be back in the ring on December 6th at a special event for MX MUAY XTREME, where he is fast becoming a fan favourite.

Rika "Tiny Doll" Ishige ?? and Artur Cho ?? working their boxing skills in the 10:30am boxing class here at Tiger Muay Thai. Rika is fighting under MMA rules on the huge ONE Championship: Century card in Tokyo this Saturday, while Artur will be returning to the Muay Thai ring next Monday at Patong stadium.
