@jwoo_jwoo_jwoo mentioned she has almost forgotten that Malaysian hospitality is top notch if not for the lock down. Comparing to a lot of overseas trips, I gotta say our smiles are probably ranked at first few most sincere and genuine. We live in such a beautiful country with beautiful sceneries amazing food and beautiful people, yes nothing is perfect, but I feel truly blessed and proud to be Malaysian. This short getaway is #cuticutimalaysia at its finest, big credit goes to the humble people in the service line ♥️

关于太平的常识：
🕍 太平是霹雳州第二大城镇。英国殖民时曾经是该州首都。
⚒ 太平早期时名为吉利包 (Klian Pauh)，因锡矿而发展起来。华人私会党争斗地盘引起了拉律暴动 (1861-1874)。
🚂 大马第一道铁路建于 1885 年，连接了太平和文德港 (Port Weld)。后者现在名为瓜拉十八丁 (Kuala Sepetang)。兴建铁路的目的是为了运输矿石及矿工。
🌧 太平的雨量是西马之首，所以也被称为雨城。雨量最多的月份是四月和十月。
