| BE POSITIVE & ACCEPT THE REALITY |
Studio temporarily closed for almost 3 weeks (since Mar 24), I have to admit the experience was depressing at the beginning but now I see things differently. Sharing a little personal feeling...if you’re interested in it.🤍

His words are wise. I accepted the fact that the virus is affecting all of us - everyone and everywhere. Instead of thinking in terms of the loss, I try to look for the gain from this teaching break - I sleep average 8-9 hours every day; rarely wear makeup and my skin is loving me; I don’t get a chance to meet lots of friends but I am able to spend more time with my family; Netflix is my best friend in this #socialdistancing period and I finished lots of movies and dramas that sat on my to-watch list for ages; bought a lot of books and for the first time I made time to read.
.
We may have lost many things in this period but we have gained a lot at the same time. The virus has taught us to live in the moment, because we never know what is coming next. #bepresent #bepositive 💛 Stay positive. 𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨, determined not by what happens but your mind. 🙂💕
