#雞蛋仔 原為香港名物, 但Waffle Club是由台灣回流返港的😲 Oppa另外加了6HKD將雞蛋仔改為伯爵茶口味。 配上軟雪糕, 這個賣相不得了!🍦
可惜, 雞蛋仔質素不是特別出眾。 紅茶味的確存在, 但口感普通😕 一般雞蛋仔外脆內軟, 每一粒都有一半空氣, 一半蛋漿。 但心型雞蛋仔裡面滿滿的是海綿蛋糕, 缺乏了應有的空氣感呀...

I paid an extra 6HKD to change Choco Smore parfait's ($58HKD) eggette into a Earl Grey flavored one🍫 With the addition of soft serve🍦this combination seems almost perfect!!
Unfortunately, the eggette itself was mediocre. Sure, I did pick up weak notes of black tea, but the texture was so-so😕 An individual "eggette cell" ought to have a bit of batter as well as some empty space for air, so as to make it crisp on the outside and slightly cakey on the inside🤤 However, this one from Waffle Club is just solid sponge cake throughout...
