研究型變革：Positive Deviance Approach(Richard Tanner Pascale & Jerry Sternin, 2005) to find the outliers and the proper solutions

行動型變革：Forum Theatre, Theatre of the Oppressed (Augusto Boal, 1974) to have the oppressed people to discuss and figure out solutions with acting.

PD是我自2008年已在使用的方法，Forum Theatre則是我讀Master of Education 時其中一科Drama in Education 所學並迷上的。
