☀️ @kaymanbeauty CoalBerry Cleanser* - Simple foam cleanser containing charcoal that helps with sebum production, I only take a small amount of product as I don't have much to cleanse off my face in the morning.

☀️ @kaymanbeautyhq HyaluMelon Mist Toner* or @jelita.kl Saffron Face & Hair Mist* - I'd be layering these toners several times after exfoliating my skin daily with gentle toner pads.

☀️ @kaymanbeautyhq Skintella Repairing Serum* to soothe my irritated facial area around my upper cheeks. Works nicely with my current skin preference.

☀️ @yelloskincarehq Snowmeric Hydra Boost Brightening Serum* with considerably light consistency this still works with my slightly dehydrated skin. I'm still waiting for the brightening result but I guess it's gonna take awhile.

☀️ @kaymanbeautyhq Skintella Moisturising Gel* - I'd prefer to seal my day routines with lightweight moisturiser and this gel cream complements my whole skincare routine nicely 😍

🔴[1-4] MY REVIEW: I love these palettes. Absolutely fantastic experience so far. I definitely love the cream colour palette. The colors are highly pigmented, I only need a tiny amount per use. I love the eyeshadow palette as well. Very pigmented and long lasting, perfect for dramatic looks and office wear alike. It’s nice to play around with the different colors and the texture is very good quality. As for the contour palette, I found some shades on the palette that match well with Asian skin and I love the way it looks when I get them blended in. I also love the radiance palette. It blends very well and I love the color assortment. High quality highlighter that matches every skin tone! Absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend these.

I want to deliver delicious Japanese-food recipes to the world
【材料】(保存期間:冷蔵で約5日くらい、冷凍で約1ヶ月くらい)
●きゅうり:4本(6本くらい漬けてもぜんぜん大丈夫!)
●にんにく:2片
●生姜:ニンニクと同じくらい(生姜大好きな方はたっぷりで!)
●大葉:5枚
●ごま油
●醤油:大さじ4
●お酒:大さじ2
●みりん:大さじ2
●酢:大さじ1
●めんつゆ(3倍~4倍濃縮):大さじ1/2(和風だしが入っているものであれば何でもOK!白だし、ほんだし等)
●干し椎茸:1個(無くても十分美味しいよ♪)
●砂糖:大さじ1
●豆板醤:小さじ1/2(コチュジャンでもOK)
●塩こんぶ:小さじ1
●唐辛子
●炒り胡麻
※もっと辛くしたい方はお好みで唐辛子粉、豆板醤をもっと追加してもOK(最後にごま油を少し足しても美味しいよ)
※きゅうりの水分がかなり無くなってるので漬けダレはきゅうりが浸かればもっと漬けても大丈夫ですし二度漬けもOKです(二度漬けする場合はもう一度熱してあげて下さい)
※保存期間は約5日となっているんですけど安心して食べられる保存期間なので毎回清潔にしていればもっと保存出来ますよ。
※必ず晴れている日に干してあげて下さい。これからもっと暑くなると更に短い時間で大丈夫になると思うので6時間くらいで一度確認してみてね♪

今回はみんな大好ききゅうりのキューちゃんを超える
僕の最高傑作『悪魔のバリバリきゅうり』を作りました。
干す事によってきゅうりの皮がしわしわになり
生で作るキュウリ漬けには絶対出せない弾力と歯ごたえある食感が生まれます。
パリパリよりも上のバリバリっていう感じで
これがきゅうりのキューちゃんの食感にとっても似てます♪
そんな干したきゅうりを悪魔のタレに漬けるともうマジでヤバイ…
食べれば食べるほどハマる…箸が止まらない…悪魔的旨さと食感になります!!🤤
正直、きゅうりのキューちゃんに負けない自信あります👍
干して漬けるだけ!!時間は少しかかりますが
ほぼほったらかしで出来るとっても簡単なレシピになってます。
あと少ない調味料でめっちゃ漬けられるのも超嬉しい♪
是非一度、この最高の食感とやみつきな味を試してみて下さい。
[Ingredients] (Preservation period: about 5 days refrigerated)
● Cucumbers: 4 (you can pickle about 6 cucumbers!)
● Garlic: 2 cloves
● Ginger: about the same amount as garlic (if you love ginger, use a lot!)
● Shiso leaves: 5
● Sesame oil
● Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
● Sake: 2 tablespoons
● Mirin: 2 tablespoons
● Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
● Noodle soup (3-4x concentrated): 1/2 tablespoon (anything with
Japanese soup stock is fine! White soup stock, Fish Stock, etc)
● Dried shiitake mushrooms: 1 (It's delicious without them)
● Sugar: 1 tablespoon
● Dou ban jiang: 1/2 teaspoon (Gochujang is also fine)
● Seasoned seaweed: 1 teaspoon
● Chili pepper
● Roasted sesame seeds
※ If you want to make it spicier, you can add more chili powder and
soybean paste to your taste (adding a little sesame oil at the end is
also delicious)
※ The water content of the cucumbers is pretty much gone, so you can
soak more cucumbers in the pickling sauce, or you can pickle them
twice (If you want to pickle them twice, heat them up again.)
※ The preservation period is about 5 days, but it's a safe period, so
you can store them longer if you keep them clean every time.
※ Be sure to dry them on a sunny day. If it gets hotter from now on,
it will be okay to dry it for a shorter period of time, so check it
out after about 6 hours ♪

This time, I made my masterpiece, "Devil's Sun Dried Chewy Cucumber,"
which surpasses everyone's favorite, commercially prepared pickled
cucumbers "Cucumber Cu-chan"
By drying the cucumbers, the skin of the cucumbers becomes wrinkled,
giving them an elastic and crunchy texture that you can never get from
fresh pickled cucumbers.
The texture is more crunchy than crispy, which is very similar to the
texture of Cucumber Cu-chan.
When you dip these dried cucumbers in the devil's sauce, it's really good...
The more you eat it, the more addicted you will become... you won't be
able to stop eating it... it has a devilish taste and texture!
Honestly, I'm confident that it's as good as commercially prepared
pickled cucumbers!
Just dry and pickle! It takes a little time, but it's a very easy
recipe that you can almost leave alone.

The first time I fell in love with Boracay Island, Philippines was in 2009. I was with bunch of great people and that made it special. I was younger back then and my perspective was different.

This post is not about showing how poor Boracay is now, because that’s far from the truth. We have the natural resources that for some people can use to get by. But there are a lot who could not.
This post about reaching out to UFC GYM Singapore who asked me evidence and documents from my doctor showing that depression would not allow me to go to gym. This post is about encouraging UFC GYM Singapore to return the money I spent for membership for the gym I never used. This is about asking UFC GYM Singapore to do the right thing and be the better person.
This is about asking my landlord Thai Kum Foon of Kuok Singapore and my property agent Michael Lim of Orangetee & Tie to return my security deposit. To reconsider things as greediness can cause us more. I believe.
I am asking the people involved to think it over. Because the truth of the matter is, doing the right thing is not easy, but this time, you are not doing it for me, but for the people you can help with. Because the truth is, the amount I am asking you to return is just little to what you already have. I am asking you to do one thing in your life, that one day, your kids and their kids, can be proud of.
You may not listen to this, but asking for the last time, is worth the try, for these people.

【Ingredients】 16 servings
★100g Bread flour
★200g Cake flour
★12g Baking powder
★30g Cane sugar(or Granulated sugar)
70g Unsalted butter
1 Egg(60g)
20g Lemon juice
120g Soy milk(+more for brush the top)
1 Lemon Zest
Lemon icing:
15g ~ Powdered sugar
1 tsp~ Lemon juice
***Scones aren’t an overly sweet treat…so it’s the icing that adds the right amount of sweetness to this breakfast pastry.
【Directions】
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 392 °F/200℃.
①Cut the butter into1cm cubes and cool it in the refrigerator.
②In a bowl, mix Eggs,Soy milk, Lemon juice,Lemon Zest.
Cool it in the fridge.
③Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk.
④Add the Butter.
Using fingertips, rub the Butter cubes into flour mixture until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Do not over do it.
⑤Add ② to ④ and mix .
⑥Using your palm , flatten the dough to 3cm thick.
⑦Brush all over with Soy milk(or milk) and score into 16 rough squares. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
⑧Cool on a wire rack.
To make Lemon Icing, mix Icing Sugar and Lemon Juice until smooth. Place it in a piping bag , and pipe it out on the cooled Scones.
How to Freeze Scones
These scones keep well in an airtight container for about 3 days. However, they are also a wonderful pastry to freeze!
To freeze lemon scones, allow them to cool completely before placing them in a freezer safe bag or container to freeze. I recommending putting sheets of parchment or wax paper between the scones to keep them from freezing together

★強力粉 100g
★薄力粉 200g
★ベーキングパウダー 12g
★きび砂糖(or グラニュー糖) 30g
無塩バター 70g
卵(L) 1個 60g
レモン汁 20g
豆乳 120g(+トップに塗るための少量)
レモンの皮 1個分
レモンアイシング*
粉糖 15g~
レモン汁 小さじ1~
甘さ控えめですので、アイシングをたっぷりとかけてもOkです!
【作り方】
準備:
オーブンは200℃に温めておく。
①バターを1cm角に切って冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。
②ボウルに卵、豆乳、レモン汁、レモンの皮をよく混ぜ
冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。
③材料(★)をボウルに入れて泡立て器で混ぜ合わせる。
④ここに冷やしたバターを入れ、指先ですりこむように混ぜる。
全体に混ざって粉類がさらさらになればOk。無理に細かく混ぜようとするとどんどんバターが溶けてくるので、手早く混ぜ全体にバターが混ざった感じになればよい。
***すり混ぜに時間がかかるとバターが溶けてきて生地がべたべたになります。こうなるときちんと生地をまとめることができなくなるので、素早く作業します。
もしも、べたついてきたら、ボウルごと冷蔵庫(または冷凍庫)に入れて冷やしましょう。
⑤④に②を加えて混ぜます。
⑥打ち粉をしながら、手で生地をまとめたら3cmの厚さに平らにする。
***14×14くらいの四角が目安の大きさです。
⑦生地を16個に切り分け、天板に並べたら、刷毛で豆乳(またはミルク)を塗る。黄金色になるまで15分焼く。
⑧ワイヤーラックで冷ます。
完全に冷めたら、上にレモンアイシング絞る。
***レモンアイシング
粉砂糖にレモン汁を少しずつ加えてよく混ぜ固さを調整し、好みでジェルカラー(食紅の黄色)で色付けします。
●保存はタッパーなどに入れて。3日ほどで食べきってください。
ジップロックなどに入れて、冷凍も出来ます。
(2週間を目安に食べきりましょう)
