8 days to go till the stage and you don't know how happy I was with my Inbody results today at @KoafitnessMy. I've gotten to the lowest fat percentage ever in my laiiiiiiiffeeee = 15.6%. Hello athlete range!

The biggest advice I will give to you whos reading, my frienda and also to my clients, BE CONSISTENT. If you want changes in your body you need to consistent with your nutrition , training and recovery. You may not train as much as me, but it depends what your goals are. Also what works for me may not necessarily work for you. This comp prep has been a great way for me to learn more about fat loss and how my body reacts with certain foods.
• Essential Fat - 10- 13%
• Top athletes: 14 to 20%
• Fit women: 21 to 24%
• Healthy/acceptable: 25 to 32%
• Overweight: 33% plus

What’s in My Kitchen Pantry (15 Must Have!)
1) Teas - Drink green tea on a daily basis to support a healthy gut & weight.
2) Oats - Choose rolled oat as it’s less processed and will keep you fuller for longer.
3) Nut Butter - Buy 100% pure, without added salt / sugar or preservatives.
4) Nuts & Seeds - Buy in small packets to control your portion. Each serving is 40g!
5) Herbs & Spices - To avoid packing on added calories, flavour your food with herbs and spices.
6) Quinoa - One of the world’s healthiest grains. Red quinoa is less processed and will take longer to cook.
7) Canned beans - Very convenient and saves plenty of cooking time. Remember to rinse and drain before cooking to reduce the sodium levels.
8) Tuna cans - A very convenient source of protein. Choose tuna in water and avoid tuna in oil!
9) Supplements - Supplements will never replace proper nutrition but they can help you achieve your fitness goals quicker. You must still consume real whole foods!
10) Coconut & Olive Oil - Great to be used for cooking, baking and as a dressing.
11) Goji Berries - Very high in antioxidants and secret to youthful skin. Enjoy as snacks or top it onto salads, oatmeal, or add into water and baked goods.
12) Chia Seeds - Great as an egg replacement for vegans. Mix 1 tbsp. Chia to 3 tbsps. Water.
13) Maple Syrup - A healthier sweetener but sugar is still sugar! Consume in small quantity!
14) Nut butter powder - Nutty flavour which I like to add into my smoothie, shakes, oatmeal, and healthy muffins.
15) Chocolate drink - Indulge in moderation.

Just like a lot of you, I really love to have something sweet at the end of a meal. Now, imagine if you can have your favourite desserts but without packing on high calories, fat or sugar content. That would be a wish come true. It is very possible with these few really simple food swaps to make desserts just that little bit more nutritious and guilt-free. =)

1) Heavy Cream for Greek Yoghurt
2) Cocoa for Carob
3) White Sugar for Stevia
4) Butter for Mashed Bananas
5) Oil for Unsweetened Applesauce
6) White Flour for Oat or Almond Flour
7) Egg for Chia or Flax Seeds
8) Dairy Milk for Soy, Coconut Almond or Rice Milk
9) Cream for Silken Tofu
10) Sugar with Maple Syrup
These are few really simple food swaps to make your desserts and meals much healthier. If this is your first time using a new ingredient, rather than changing the recipe completely, start by swapping a small portion. You might not get it at the right taste or consistency to begin with. But that’s the fun part, keep experimenting until you find the right balance.
