【媲美遊樂場等級-新竹縣 AI 公園】
8/7 日才正式完工的特色公園，算是新竹縣「大型」特色公園的首發作品（繩索公園是竹北市公所完成），以第一次規劃並順利完工來看，我覺得是非常用心的公共建設，也有傾聽民眾需求跟建議，或許還很多改善的地方，但以第一次成績來看，可以說非常不錯了。
大新竹地區有很多好玩的特色公園，但綜合評比來看新竹縣 AI 公園，他可能是排名前三的特色公園（到處觀摩心得），不管是遊具豐富性（7大類遊具）、公園特色（類pumptrack），並結合一些自然景觀來看（小溪流），確實讓看過不少特色公園的我非常訝異，當然也可能是腹地面積大（占地5000坪），所以能容納更多遊具與巧思進來，唯一可惜就是烈日照頂，可能要樹木茁壯開枝散葉後，或直接新增人工遮陽區來解決，但綜觀來看；依然瑕不掩瑜這裡好玩的客觀事實。
統整了網路上意見與想法後，我來提供一些想法給大家參考：
＃磨石子溜滑梯下方無緩坡
剛開始我也跟各位家長一樣擔心，但了解遊戲場安全規範後，才知道滑梯出口留有高度，是為讓孩子迅速站立，並迅速離開出口的設計，不然下方孩子還在意猶未盡，後方孩子可能就會追撞上來，而實際觀察一陣子後，確實孩子溜到出口處後，都本能反應的雙腳落地離開（可看照片），我想除非是很小的孩子反應不來，不然並沒想像中危險，如果要好玩（刺激性）又要完全無慮，那本質上是衝突的，最多就是從設計面、科學面來盡可能防範。
如果小小孩真的不適合這麼刺激的大溜滑梯，那也有相對適合的滑梯可以選擇，綜觀每個遊具提供不同的挑戰與刺激，就是為了激發、訓練孩童的協調性、反應力、判斷力，所以遊具旁也有年齡的建議跟規範。
當然做為父母的各位，孩子不論遊樂哪種設施，您的關心、陪伴、判斷，才是最安全的保障，不然即便是傳統的輪胎盪鞦韆，孩子也可能因擺動過大飛出去不是嗎？
＃為何用礫石鋪面？＃橡膠地墊不好嗎？
相對橡膠地墊，鬆散的鋪面材質（沙、木屑、礫石）對動能衝擊的吸收會更好，因為這些鬆散鋪面並非固定的，是隨不同動能決定位移面積，所以當孩子跌倒或摔落時，這些易於移動的「鋪面」自然會比塊狀橡膠地墊更能吸收衝擊。
而也因天然材質來做為鋪面，不容易受時間或日曬變質，相信大家都看過被太陽曬到變硬變形的塑膠地墊，除了安全性堪慮外，其塑膠惡臭更讓人不舒服，我實際大力踩踏礫石鋪面後，確實能感受到動能被吸收，也認同一樣情況下，發生在橡膠地墊的話，我的腳可能就會明顯不適。
＃全台少數完整刺激的類PumpTrack
Pump Track 從中文各種翻譯，很難直觀是什麼設施，但簡言之就是充滿環形起伏，甚至有彎牆（這公園沒有，所以只能說是類 PumpTrack）的場地，可以讓腳踏車、滑板使用者，不用去山林或越野路面，一樣能在都市裡，挑戰各種高地路面，享受征服崎嶇地形帶來的成就感。
台灣大部分政府，並不敢讓此設施建於公園之中，畢竟小朋友跌倒；父母來索賠，那原本的好意，可能就成為跑法院的依據。
所以這類型場地成功設置，自然就成為此公園的「重要特色」，我在其他特色公園看過滑索遊具、鳥巢鞦韆、旋轉陀螺、平衡木、小型躲藏空間、沙坑…等等，但這樣高低起伏場地，還真是第一次看過，至於是否危險，我觀察現場孩子在使用過程中，會評估每個斜坡與彎道的速度，幾乎沒看到孩子橫衝直撞讓自己受傷。
＃結論
一整個下午觀察，可以看出當孩子有一定判斷力後，面對可能危險，他們其實有評估風險的能力。「特色遊具」是從歐美引進的設施，而器物的設計理念，恰恰就是思維結果的延伸，是該試著放手讓孩子成長？還是小心翼翼不讓他受到一點傷害？這也反應東方與西方對孩童教育文化的差異。
傳統罐頭遊具單調、一致、相對沒挑戰與刺激性，是我們大部分成年人的記憶（或許當時依然玩得很開心），但如果有機會回到孩童時期，我會更想遊玩這些「特色遊具」，不管是遊具本身的挑戰性，還是整體環境的營造與色彩表現，說他是公園；我認為更像「大型遊戲場」會更為貼切。
打了這麼多，好不好玩看孩子表情最清楚，7大類遊具也不容易讓孩子玩膩，從小小孩到大朋友都適合的全年齡「大型遊戲場」，是你值得來走走遛孩子的好地方。
