To be honest with you, last month was pretty stressful for me. I know many of you may be going through the same phase of being burned out and non stop anxiety and I just wanted to say - I feel you! And we will get through this together. 🤍 I’ve been taking my time immersing myself in nature rather than social media and I really felt the peace I was looking for. My foggy mind felt clearer and healthier. I’m no longer burned out and i’m sooo happy to tell you that I have a very exciting project coming out soon to share with you all. 🥰🌱

Just a gentle reminder here to not get overwhelmed by all the things you see on social media - most of it’s not true anyway. Spend your time wisely, don’t waste it on scrolling through social posts all day. Go out in the nature, hang out with your family, get something done, cook some nutritious meal for yourself - value your time.

【為集資改革英國醫療與社保　約翰遜計劃加稅】

英國首相約翰遜計劃加稅以籌集資金改革醫療與社會保障（social care）部門，下議院將於當地時間星期三（9月8日）進行投票。不過，當地的商會及業界組織批評他違背競選承諾。

約翰遜計劃2022年4月起，將僱主與雇員按收入所繳納的國民保險（National Insurance）上調1.25%，並於2023年將之正式納入薪俸稅，同時股息稅亦加1.25%。

他預計每年將為庫房增加英鎊1200萬收入，以應付疫情所帶來的醫療與社保方面的支出。

英國商會（BCC）批評，疫情下企業面對成本壓力，在此關鍵時刻提高國民保險繳費，將拖累就業增長。

在今天的影片我們要從墾丁開車到台東看我們六年沒見的好朋友。他們幾年前從台北搬到台東，買了一塊農地，蓋了農舍，種了果樹和菜園，現在有過著鄉下生活。他們的家庭很特別，也是在家裡自學，孩子很會幫忙照顧動物，種菜，以前也跟著師父學習怎麼蓋房子了。這是孩子很寶貴的，一生很難忘記的經驗。

無論你住在哪裡，最重要是要珍惜，包容，和疼愛家庭的每一個人，學習如何和平的一起生活，一起工作，幫助彼此，原諒彼此，說造就人的話，這才是幸福。

In this video, I share how I "grew" to 120k followers on Instagram and why I regret it.

If I could go back in time, I would definitely stop myself.

However, that is not possible.

Everything I did that I share in this video is so tempting and easy.

You will get followers on Instagram and you will grow, but trust me, it's not worth it.

Growing on social media is getting harder and harder but slow growth is always better than "fake" growth.

Please stay true to yourself and don't make the mistake that I did.
