Talking about a wide spread Christmas buffet, this is definitely it! Well done @siccsabah first ever buffet spread 😱, don't think I can fit everything in this one post but will try to post every other photo at my Facebook page.

So many choices, I don't even know where to start. Mind you, I spent a full 4 hours there and am not nearly as done yet. Thankfully I managed to fit in that yummeh dim sum at the corner section that I missed earlier 🤭🤭🤭

My favorite section would be the asian cuisine plus the salad and loaf section OMG the bread 🤤🤤🤤. The pizza is good too 👍🏻 Chicken and turkey are moist.

Thank you SICC Sabah for a wonderful buffet lunch. SICC staffs also did a great job, service 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻 I have included the flyer for the upcoming buffet in this post.

November 2010. Totally unplanned & unexpected. Suddenly got a random call from @atezolmez Bey inviting over to Turkey to cook at his @go_mongo restaurant chain. He had found my profile online & decided to give it a go......just like #GoMongo! 😆😆

I gathered all l the support I could get in the shortest period available & managed to rope in arwah Chef Harun (Al-Fatihah🤲💚) as my second in command, @mpocc_my @mpocistanbul, Malaysian Embassy in Ankara. My dear Turkish friend @esradalgic72 came up with plans to have the major media players to attend & cover the inaugural Malaysian dinner event. The rest is history.....

I ended up eating more Turkish cuisine, gaining some extra pounds/kgs and most importantly making more lovely Turkish friends like the sweet @hsn.tibet.hulya, Hakan Kabatash, Mütjat Metiner, rekindled with my long lost darling friends from the Stone Age (😜🤣🤣)@kamildalgic @onderkusanc @oykuyenidogan, Irmak Cagdas @jaledalgic
while ‘exporting’ our cuisine half way across the world.

Cassiopeia Cuisine
steak
asparagus
Cherry tomato
Garlic

steak
Pour oil into the pot
Fry on a single side for 30 seconds each to form a grid

Roasted garlic
Whole garlic, cut off the top 20%
Put some vegetable oil on it before putting it in the oven
Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes
Sprinkle a little cilantro at the end

Char-grilled turkey
Sauce
sugar
salt
Black pepper
honey
Apple juice
Call up the perfect ratio according to your own happy number
Brush on the tied turkey breast
Bake at 90 degrees for 1 and a half hours
Apply the sauce every 10 minutes

ส่วนผสม
เส้นสปาเก็ตตี้ 80 กรัม
เนื้อไก่ 150 กรัม
เกลือป่น 1 ช้อนชา
หัวกะทิ 250 กรัม
พริกแกงเขียววหวาน 60 กรัม
มะเขือเปราะ 3 ลูก
มะเขือพวง ½ ถ้วย
น้ำตาลปี๊บ ½ ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลา 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ใบมะกรูดฉีก 3 ใบ
หางกะทิ 80 ml
พริกชี้ฟ้าแดง 1 เม็ด
ใบโหระพา 1 ถ้วย

Ingredients
80g Spaghetti
150g Chicken
1tsp Salt
250g thick coconut milk
60g Green curry paste
3 Thai eggplant
½ Cup Turkey berry
1/2tbsp Palm Sugar
1tbsp Fish Sauce
3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
80ml thin coconut milk
1 Red Cayenne pepper
1 Cup Sweet basil
