两个星期前我小妹就告诉我们这件事了。
她是药剂师。
我一直以为药剂师和pharmacy，多么斯文的职业和行业啊！没想到也会发生暴力事件。我忽略了，去pharmacy的人除了买棉花，维他命C的，其实还有不少病人。加上目前疫情当道，很多人怕见医生万一确诊会被关，所以先去pharmacy买panadol，止咳药等先自医。这无疑让站在前线的员工曝露在危险中。
她去年因在serve着一个阿婆让一个患咳疾的男人等待一下而被打到手淤青；最近也被一个女人恐吓要打她，还要确定我妹是否真的怀孕，是的话更要打（因为东西坏了要换要公司的批准需要时间处理她就不爽，而且还是她蓄意弄烂的。我妹的长文里有交代）。
我开玩笑叫他在胸前挂一个大大的牌子说你是Hamil/Pregnant/孕妇，希望顾客会谅解。她无奈的告诉我，她在怀着大儿子时，大腹便便快要生了，还是有顾客叫她从counter走出去蹲上爬上拿东西，明明他们自己可以自取的。虽然孕妇也不是什么都不能做，但有些人就以为im the customer im the king。
去年MCO1.0时，已开始要social distancing，她也遇到一个推开所有阻碍物硬要在我妹耳边说药名的人，我妹三番四次拒绝都不成功，那人还要硬闯，说不能让别人听到他要买什么药。结果那人要买的竟然是头痛药。
当然，被前来买避孕套的男人语言上性骚扰过也几次了。
还有更多的奇葩事就不说了。写的人和看的人都累。
更何况要面对他们的我妹。
可能你会说…
“叫他不要做啦”，我让他自己决定。
“叫她报警啦”，我当天就叫他赶快拿下cctv录影当存证，马上去报警。
“叫她公司请保安啦”，这个问题最好。她的老板屡接报告后早就该加强保安系统。希望这次会至少做一道门把客人和奥客分开。
“马来人吗？”，人品坏跟族群无关，这女的是马来人，打到我妹手淤青的男人是华人。
我们大家是群居的，即使不能相亲相爱，也应该要互相尊重。
每天面对群众，为了减低风险危及自己和家人，即使有一丝担心是否会影响胎儿，她都赶快去打疫苗了。
感谢第二轮去到现场的警察哥哥有马上处理案件并follow up。希望那个有前科（施暴，偷窃）的女人不会再来给麻烦（她昨天去报警说药行还没refund给她，当然mata不理她）。

**我大概翻译了我妹的长篇英文karangan，如下…
“自从这个马来Karen在 5 月 26 日到来后，我一直生活在恐惧中，因为焦虑，不得不申请1 周的病假。本以为一切都平静下来了，但当我在本周星期一回到工作岗位时，她再次试图通过电话恐吓我和我的员工。 今天，我决定告诉全世界，有关这个拒绝蛮不讲理的女士。

长话短说，
1）她谎称戴了粉红色的手环，原因是她拒绝亲自取货而是要人送货，打电话10000次到药房骚扰我们，当我们因为繁忙而几次没有接电话时， 她变得极具攻击性。
2) 损坏了我们的货物 3 次，每次投诉我们都要换一个新的。 她最初拒绝将损坏的设备退还给我们进行交换，并且不得不与她协商很长时间。 终于在第三次之后，她要求立即退款。
3）她在公共假期进来，但我们无法联系总部获得批准，然后要我为她打开收银台退钱。
4）她问“mana perempuan cina tu？！” 我告诉她我是这里的华籍员工，然后她开始把塑料袋里的东西扔向我。 我躲在后面的房间里，因为我真的很害怕，所以立即打电话给警察。
5) 她闯入密室并威胁要打我。 她想通过问“saya nak pukul awak！Awak pregnant kan？！”来确认我确实怀孕了。 这样她就可以从攻击我中获得更多满足感。

【原文】
So ever since this Malay Karen came on the 26th May, I was living in fear and had to take 1 week of MC due to anxiety. Thought everything was calmed and settled but when I was back to work on Monday this week, she once again tried to terrorize my staffs and me through the phone. Today, I have decided to show her to the world, the lady who refused to listen to reasonings.

Long story short,
1) Lied about wearing a pink band because she refused to pick up her stock personally but wants delivery instead, called 10000 times to the pharmacy to harrass us and when we did not pick up the phone for a few times due to the chaotic crowd, she became extremely aggressive.
2) Spoilt our goods 3 times, we exchanged with a new devices with each complaint. Refused to return the spoilt device back to us for the exchange initially and had to negotiate very long with her. Finally after the 3rd time, she demanded for an immediate refund.
3) She came in on a public holiday but we were unable to contact the HQ for approval, then demanded that I open the cashier for her money.
4) She asked "mana perempuan cina tu?!" and I told her I am the regular chinese staff here before she proceeds to throw the things in her plastic bag at me. I hid in the back room and called the police immediately as I was really scared.
5) Barged into the back room and threatened to beat me. She wanted confirmation that I am indeed pregnant by asking "saya nak pukul awak! Awak pregnant kan?!" so she can feel more satisfaction from beating me

We decided to get a breath of fresh air this afternoon after staying home for most of the past 10 days. Since the weather forecast said there was going to be a thunderstorm, we reckoned it would be quite deserted here and we were right.

Yup, while we are staying away from crowded places like shopping malls for the time being, we hope to continue doing what we love to do as a family - explore nature parks!

This was our first visit to Chestnut Nature Park and we had a good workout as we hunted for wildlife. We spotted ants, grasshoppers, millipedes, skinks, macaques, spiders, snails, fishes, birds, squirrels and...... see the last pic for the highlight of our visit. Can you spot it? Hint: It is green in colour.

Not surprisingly, the kids whined a little, especially when ants crawled onto our legs. A couple of them fell down, one threw tantrum and there were bickers here and there too. But other than that, we were really thankful to take a walk in the park and they were always excited whenever they spotted a creature. We also crossed a bridge and walked over a stream, and it was so quiet that we could hear the rushing water, calling of birds and chirping of insects.

This was the only group photo we took along the nature trail. Even though it was deserted and we were basically on our own, we still walked in pairs (6 of us made 3 pairs!), kept a distance and had our masks on most of the time. We walked around 3km today and I think that is a good achievement with 3 kids and a 3-month-old baby. Haha. Thankfully, it didn't rain yet when we left so the weather was perfect during our trip.

HBL resumes tomorrow and it stretches till mid June for me because the boy will continue to have his K2 lessons virtually. While we are still happy to stay home, an outdoor walk truly does wonders to rejuvenate our minds and I appreciate it lots. Grateful for today.

Only a few more days until Tet! For each of us, Tet is a very special holiday. However, this year's Tet is even more special because of Covid19. We want to share some stories and feelings about this New Year's Eve. For that reason, today, my family and a few friends gathered together to gather around a pot of banh chung and share a few things before the New Year. I understand that for some of you are not possible to return to Vietnam on this occasion and many foreigners may not understand very well some Vietnamese traditions. So, I made this video to not only share with you about our country's culture but also to share stories about this special Tet holiday. And I hope you will enjoy this video!

Chỉ còn vài ngày nữa là đến Tết rồi! Với mỗi chúng ta, Tết là một ngày lễ rất đặc biệt. Tuy nhiên, Tết năm nay lại còn đặc biệt hơn nữa bởi vì dịch Covid. Chúng mình muốn chia sẻ một vài câu chuyện cũng như cảm nghĩ về Tết Tân Sửu này. Vì lẽ đó, hôm này mình cùng gia đình và một vài người bạn tập hợp lại với nhau để cùng quây quần bên nồi bánh chưng và sẻ chia đôi điều trước thềm năm mới. Mình hiểu rằng với một số bạn không thể quay trở về Việt Nam trong dịp này cũng như nhiều bạn người nước ngoài có thể không hiểu lắm về một số truyền thống của Việt Nam. Vì vậy, mình làm video này để không chỉ chia sẻ với các bạn về văn hóa của đất nước chúng mình mà đồng thời còn là để sẻ chia những câu chuyện về dịp Tết đặc biệt này. Và mình mong rằng bạn sẽ cùng mình khám phá và thưởng thức video này nhé!
