HI HI TO ALL MY HAPPY ‘TAP” FAMILYYYY ❣️❣️❣️

I haven’t written to you all for such a long time and I do apologize so much for this. I don’t know how TIME FLIES the way it does!

I wanted to share some thoughts on this very momentous and memorable DAY in my life.. I am strolling into the BIG 6 ❤️ today!!! My BRAIN IS EMPTY!!

All I can think of is HOW GRATEFUL I am to the Universe, and to all of YOU, to my LOVING FAMILY, my INCREDIBLE FRIENDS… all this life has brought to me.. that our Planet is so beautiful and there is so much to be thankful and OPEN to.

After 60 years, chasing so many things, experiencing the excitement, ups and downs of almost all of life, months, weeks, days, minutes, seconds… and I realize, all I really desire and want, is a SIMPLE SMILE, WARMTH, UNDERSTANDING, A Heartwarming HUG, A phone call, or now, text to say HI… A Healthy and strong Body, LOTS & LOTS of LAUGHTER, CONNECTION, COMMUNICATION, LOVE, LOVE & LOVE. No matter what circumstances we run into, Rain, Thunder, Protests, Covid, it is absolutely possible to realize that ALL THINGS MUST PASS, and through the most difficult or most ravishing times, we can find comfort in holding the hands of those loving people around us. I know there is still so much more to learn while we are so BLESSED to be a VALUED GUEST on this Earth for such a fleeting moment. I feel I must keep on learning and evolving to be the BEST person I can be.

I realize that when we are born, we need so much love, feeding, nurturing, understanding, and a lot of HELP! When we get old, we need so much love, feeding, tolerance, patience, understanding, and a lot of HELP! There is no difference in the VALUE of each end of the stick. Just what we can do in between that will make ALL the difference and we all have a CHOICE in how we want to write our own, unique, wonderful, heartfelt STORY.

LIFE can be, and IS SO VERY BEAUTIFUL. The Beauty I used to understand doesn’t hold any meaning for me anymore.. The BEAUTY I HOLD TRUE is the LOVE & BEAUTY inside of ME and all the surroundings of the amazing Mother Nature. Each of us, is handcrafted so very intricately, to have all the same physical features, yet not a single one of us is a duplicate of another. We all have a brain to think, yet every single one of us does not think like any other. We ALL have a PATH, yet every one of our paths is different from each other. But we are ALL meticulously woven together, our lives, our actions are all intertwined. Every action we take, affects another. Every tree, every flower, mountain, sea, sky, clouds, animals, and all beloved creatures. We are the unique creatures, blessed with thinking, speaking & doing. I feel I must do everything I can to HONOR this special GIFT from Mother Nature. Beauty is DEEP & ROOTED & everywhere we look. I’m going to embrace everything PapaGOD & the Universe has given me.

I’m SO GRATEFUL for making it this far, in GOOD HEALTH, GOOD SPIRITS, GOOD MIND & BODY. Every day is a SURPRISE to me. Every moment is truly a BLESSING and ever so sacred. I will continue to live each BLESSED day with an open heart, open mind, and open SPIRIT. I will live each day as HIGH as I can go, no matter how low I feel. I will enjoy growing old GRACEFULLY, and make a conscious effort to do and BE the BEST I can be EACH SINGLE DAY, CHERISH & take care of it like a RARE and Beautiful JEWEL, which LIFE & our EARTH IS.

Today I spend with my LOVING FAMILY & MY FRIENDS. Well.. one loving Family is missing and in Mainland, now resting, but working VERY HARD! I’m so proud of Lam because we are so happy that he gets to SHARE his music with a WHOLE NEW GENERATION of wonderful, talented singers. It’s a GREAT BLESSING to sing with these enthusiastic Artists who can make a great difference in the world with their bellowing voices. I watch every episode with great anticipation and I hope you will too! All the Artists create their own Magic with each song & emotions!

I also would like to share with you my real and Authentic physical & Spiritual SELF!!! I just want to BE TOTALLY and ALL OF what is TRULY ME! I hope you all can accept me as I AM, white hair with my cutey wrinkles! Lam really enjoys it cos now I can keep him COMPANY & look like TWINS! I don’t know where my WHOLE self will go from here.. but I’m really going to look forward to all the natural progressions my mind and body will be taking.. just like Mother Nature.. she accepts all that comes to her and embraces it all…just as it is!

I wonder if I can remotely understand the meaning of life by now? I want to TAP (THINK ACTPOSITVE) at all times making others HAPPY & be HAPPY to see others HAPPY! I understand there is NO RIGHT or WRONG in any of our actions whether positive or negative, but only the divine consequences of those actions we choose. I feel we are BLESSED to be here with a DIVINE PURPOSE which is to help ourselves & each other. To preserve and maintain this amazing PLANET & EARTH. To evolve ourselves, & each generation, so they can pass the baton and also evolve the Earth! I also feel we are definitely NOT ALONE! NEVER! We are always in the SOOTHING, EMBRACING arms of the Divine Source Universe, and when we feel we don’t know where to turn, PapaGOD is ALWAYS there for us, ready to give us whatever we want in the deepest of our hearts with the utmost sincerity. Everything we receive is in its Divine Timing, and Divine Perfection.

With that.. HAPPYNESS & GREAT HEALTH TO ALL OF YOU FOREVER AND ALWAYS and LOVE YOURSELF as well as LOVE ALL THOSE and EVERYTHING AROUND YOU! BELIEVE ME.. ALL WE HAVE and NEED IS LOVE!!!!

HI HI 快樂的 “TAP” 大家庭 ❣️❣️

已經很久沒有給大家寫信了，對此我深表歉意。不知道時間怎麼就這樣過去了!

我想在生命中這個非常重要和難忘的日子和大家分享一些想法和感觸 —— 今天我悠然邁入了以6字開頭的歲月!! ❤️ 大腦一片空白!!

我所能想到的是對上天，對你們每一位，對親愛的家人，對不可思議的朋友們 —— 對生命所贈與我的這一切 —— 所懷有的深深感激。我們所生活的星球如此美麗，實在有太多太多需要去感謝、感激，去敞開心扉擁抱。

60年過去了，我也曾經追逐過很多，在每月每週每日每分每秒中，經歷了生命可能賦予的幾乎所有激動和起落，而如今我意識到，自己真正渴望和想要的，只是一個簡單的微笑，溫暖，理解，一個暖心的擁抱，一通電話，或者現在更流行的，問好的一條短信.. 一個健康強壯的身體，很多很多笑聲，連結，交流，愛，愛，以及，愛。無論我們遇到怎樣的狀況 —— 下雨、雷電、抗議、疫情，一直要謹記於心的是，無論如何，這一切終將過去；在最困難或最開心的時刻，我們都能握住身邊人的手，並從中找到最大的安慰或共鳴。能得此幸運，在如此短暫的一剎，來到地球做她的尊貴旅客，我知道還有太多東西需要學習，感覺自己必須不斷學習成長，才能成為最好的自己。

我也意識到，出生的時候，我們需要很多愛，需要被餵食物，需要關懷、滋養、理解，需要很多幫助！變老後，我們也需要很多愛，需要被餵食物，需要寬容、耐心、理解，需要很多幫助！人生兩端的價值，並沒有任何分別。只有在中間段，我們能選擇如何去書寫屬於自己的，獨特的，精彩的，發自內心的故事；而也正是在中間段所做的選擇，決定了我們會有怎樣的人生。

生活可以，也確實是非常美麗的。我曾經所理解的美，對於現時的我而言，已經沒有了當初的意義。現在，我所抱持的真正的美，是內心的愛與美，以及令人驚嘆的大自然所賦予的，環繞著我們的一切。每個人都好似複雜精緻的手工藝品，雖然有著相同的身體特徵，但沒有一個人是另一個人的複製品。我們都有大腦可以思考，但每個人和其他人想的都不同。我們都有要走的人生之路，但每個人的道路各不相同。然而，大家又被如此精心地連結在一起，彼此的生活和行為交織在一起。我們採取的每一個行動，都不可避免地影響著他人，甚至影響著每一棵樹，每一朵花；影響著山、海、天空、雲朵、動物，和所有其他可愛生靈。我們是獨一無二的存在，有福氣擁有思考、講話和行動的能力。所以我感覺自己必須盡所能去致敬和珍視這份來自自然的特殊禮物。美深深根植於我們目光所及的每處。我將擁抱上天和世界贈與我的一切。

我很感激人生走到了這裡，健康，精神，頭腦和身體都很好。每一天對我來說都是驚喜。每一刻都是充滿祝福和神聖的。我將繼續以開放的心靈、開放的思想和開放的精神去過好每一天。我會盡力去把每天過到最好，儘管有時候也會感覺低落。我將享受優雅地變老，有意識地努力在每天做到自己的最好，也成為最好的自己，珍惜和照顧匆匆而過的每日，好似它們是稀有又美麗的珠寶；而其實，生命和地球也的確如此。

今天我會和我愛的家人們和朋友們一起度過。對的，一位有愛家人不在這裡，他在內地，現在有空休息一下，但一直都在非常努力地工作! 我為Lam 感到驕傲，因為大家都非常開心他有機會同新一代如此出色、才華橫溢的年輕歌手們分享他的音樂。與這些富有激情的藝術家們一起唱歌是一種巨大的幸福；年輕一代的歌聲將給這個世界帶來改變。每一期節目我都有充滿期待地觀看，希望你們也會看！所有的藝術家們都在用每首歌和感情創造著自己的魔法！

我也想和你們分享真實的自我——外在與內在，容貌及心靈!!! 我只想做完完全全的，真正的自己！希望你們能夠接受這樣的我，白頭髮，和可愛的皺紋! Lam 很喜歡我這樣，因為現在我可以和他作伴，我們看上去像雙胞胎! 我不知道我的整個自我會從這裡走向何方，但對接下來身心將會經歷的所有自然旅程，我真心期待… 就好像大自然一樣，她接受並擁抱一切如它們本初的樣子！

我好奇自己現在是否可以算作大概開始理解人生的意義呢？我想做TAP (THINK ACTPOSITVE)，隨時通過正面積極的思考和行動為他人帶去開心，而看到他人開心也會令我感到開心！我明白我們的任何行為，無論是積極或是消極的，都無關對錯；只是，不可避免的，選擇的行為都會帶來相應的結果。我感覺帶著神聖的目的來到這裡是一份福祉，而這個目的就是助人助己，是保護和維繫這個不可思議的星球，是持續進化發展自己和每一代人，這樣他們就可以繼續把進化地球的接力棒傳遞下去! 我也感覺到我們絕對不是孤獨的！從來都不是！我們一直都被上天撫慰著，擁抱在臂膀中。當感覺不知道如何走下去，上天總會在我們身邊，以最大的誠意給予我們內心深處最渴望的所有。我們得到的一切都有它神聖的時間表，都遵循著神聖的完美安排。

以上… 祝愿大家永遠幸福開心健康，愛自己，愛周圍的所有人，愛周圍的一切！相信我… 我們所擁有的和需要的一切，就是愛!!!!

Celebration of the Father

“Behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was sixty stadia from Jerusalem. They talked with each other about all of these things which had happened. While they talked and questioned together, Jesus himself came near, and went with them. But their eyes were kept from recognizing him. He said to them, “What are you talking about as you walk, and are sad?” One of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only stranger in Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things which have happened there in these days?” He said to them, “Foolish men, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! Didn’t the Christ have to suffer these things and to enter into his glory?” Beginning from Moses and from all the prophets, he explained to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself. They said to one another, “Weren’t our hearts burning within us, while he spoke to us along the way, and while he opened the Scriptures to us?” They rose up that very hour, returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them, saying, “The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!”” (Luke‬ ‭24:13-18, 25-27, 32-34‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Did you ever wonder why out of the two disciples on the road to Emmaus, only one of them was named while the other remained anonymous?

Therefore, I believe that the name “Cleopas” is crucial to understanding the significance of this passage.

Cleopas is an abbreviated form of the name Cleopatros, made of the two Greek words “kleos” (to celebrate) and pater (father). Cleopas means “celebration of the father”.

Let us see what Jesus did in the passage. He told the two discouraged disciples all about the things concerning Himself in the Old Testament Scriptures, and how He fulfilled them all at the cross.

It was a celebration of the Father, praising Him for His glorious plan of salvation that was once hidden and is now revealed through the prophets, apostles, and the other writers of the Scriptures.

When Jesus celebrated the Father with the two disciples, their hearts “burned”, likely with faith, hope, and love in response to the love and grace of God. They experienced an “Emmaus” (meaning: hot springs) in their hearts, washing away the unbelief and refreshing their spirits.

They were no longer depressed and despondent. Instead, they were filled with hope, and energized in their bodies and souls. Having just walked a long way from Jerusalem to Emmaus, they immediately set off on a journey back to announce the good news they had seen and heard.

This world needs “Cleopas”—a celebration of the Father. They need to hear about a Father God who is gracious and full of love, who freely offers salvation through Jesus Christ His Son. They need to hear that He wants to be a Father near to them and not a Judge far off; that He is reconciling the world to Himself through Jesus, welcoming them home.

“But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation; namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation. We are therefore ambassadors on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us: we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.” (2 Corinthians‬ ‭5:18-21‬ ‭WEB‬‬)

Anytime you are feeling down, you can initiate a celebration of the Father. It will cleanse you from unbelief, refresh your spirit, fill your heart with hope, and energize your body and soul!

［He can’t reply］

高等法院第一庭的證人席旁，有個矮身木架，擺放了審訊相關的Bundle。 文件夾每個逾吋厚，約五六個排列在書架上，審訊談到那一份文件或證物，便需要從架上的文件夾中取閱出來。法庭很多時間就是消耗在翻查相關文件的程序上。文件夾背脊貼上了白紙告示，註明了這宗案件的編號及控辯雙方名字。

這宗案件為「HKSAR v. TONG Ying-kit」（香港政府v.唐英傑）。香港法庭文書處理，細緻非常。姓氏TONG全為大階英文字母，名字Ying-kit 中大小字母分野，讓人明瞭這組英文字需要連起來理解，但中間的「-」號又剛好分開了兩個中文字的粵語拼音。

唐英傑是誰？去年夏天之前，他不過是一個廿多歲，讀書成續欠佳，曾於台式茶飲店工作，後來到日本餐廳做侍應的香港年輕人。一夜間，他從藉藉無名的青年，變成了一個全港甚至全世界都知道的人。

只因他於港區國安法實施首日，即2020年7月1日，駕駛了一部電單車，被指衝向警方防線，車上插着「光復香港。時代革命」的旗幟，成為了港區國安法第一案的被告人。從此命運被改寫。

國安法首案開審後，連日來，歷史學者、政治學家、傳播專家，到庭上解說「光時」口號，是否有分裂國家的意思。然而學歷不高的唐英傑自己想甚麼？他想甚麼和案情有沒有關係？

24歲的唐英傑，身型壯碩，已還押逾一年。在三位穿墨綠色制服的懲教署職員押解下，進入犯人欄。連日審訊，他都穿同一套衣服。深藍色的西裝外套，黑色恤衫，配襯黑色領呔。同色系的領呔和恤衫融為一體，無聊時，他會用手指把玩領呔。

這天是審訊最後階段，控辯雙方律師「結案陳詞」的日子。唐英傑進入犯人欄後，三位法官未出來之前，律師團隊走到犯人欄旁，跟唐英傑商討甚麼。

律師們透過金屬欄柵送了文件給唐，而唐又俯身聆聽意見，多達九人的律師團隊有老有嫰有男有女，圍着犯人欄談笑。有些時候，律師們和唐談得輕鬆，抑壓着的「嘻嘻」聲在寧靜的法庭後方傳出來。

此案關於唐英傑的資料，有時是控方披露，有時是辯方提供，但唐自己沒有選擇出庭作供，只有他一名前僱主出庭作證。這位旺角台式飲品店老闆娘，指唐在社會運動期間擔任急救員，在案發當天約了唐到銅鑼灣吃午飯。

警方則從唐手機裡截取了社交媒體紀錄，對話裡，唐與友人於案發當天，收發過海隧道有設置了路障的資訊，而唐亦提時間「沒有遲，銅鑼灣未聚夠人」的說話。但辯方律師解釋，唐是社運的急救員，當天預備替傷者急救，而也約了友人在銅鑼灣區吃飯。

辯方今天翻出了唐英傑的中學成績表。辯方大狀Clive Grossman（郭兆銘）已達八旬，他手震震，口震震地拿着唐的成績表說：「中三那年，他的中史分數，一百分滿分，他只拿了五十分；全班130人，他考第124。」顯然，郭資深大狀想說明，唐英傑沒可能理解深奧的學術知識。

唐的爛成績，在辯方口中是說明他不知道口號的歷史意義；但對於控方來說，唐英傑在香港接受教育，有讀過中史課，而當日是七一香港回歸日，國安法生效第一天，加上關於國安法的報導已沸沸揚揚，控方周天行專員指，唐不可能不知道這支旗的意思。

周天行請法官翻看一個港島彩色地圖，周天行指出，唐英傑當天開着電單車，從東區海底隧道到港島，卻沒有直接去銅鑼灣，而是先到中環、金鐘、再繞回灣仔，先後經過（周指是衝過）四個警方防線。而從社交媒體截圖可見，唐知道自己在幹甚麼。

周續形容，唐四次被警方防線要求截停，但繼續駕駛，其中一次被射胡椒球也沒停下。控方指，唐非但沒停車，甚至加速，最後令三個警員身體「受嚴重傷害」。而現場圍觀人士拍掌歡呼，可見唐的行為嚴重危害警方及道路使用者安全。

相反，代表唐的辯護大狀郭兆銘則指，唐經過首三條警察防線，沒有直接衝向警察，而是繞開了，而第四次發生意外時，煞車燈一度閃亮。

郭資深大狀認為，「這不是恐怖分子的行為。恐怖分子不會按煞車掣，他也不會在社交媒體約人去吃飯，或帶急救用品出去。恐怖分子自毁之前不會說，我要約人去吃飯。」然而法官們卻指出，證據指當時煞車燈有亮起，但有交通意外專家卻指，其後車速是減慢還是加速沒法知道。

郭資深大狀又指，控方形容三個警員嚴重受傷是誇大了。「電單車不是致命武器，它不是機關槍。他在車上掛着那支旗，可以說是在showoff (炫耀)。但控罪說『嚴重危害社會安全』實在說不上。現場的圍觀人士，在拍掌喝采，那不是感到危險的人會做的事。怎能說公眾安全受威脅呢？」

郭更說，其他道路使用者的安全，也不見得受影響。法官杜麗冰此時指出，有證據指當時附近有一對年紀老邁的男女長者，正想過馬路。但郭堅持，沒有人感到危險。

郭資深大狀續指：「那是示威的時候，很多人在街上，街上很多人不滿政府，不滿警察。但說他這個行為嚴重危害社會，達至恐怖活動？說不上。控方引述的警方調查只證明，有人舉『光時』旗，有其他人喊港獨口號，但不能說所有人都同意其港獨訴求。」

控方周天行專員，今天帶出了要理解口號除了參考專家，也要考慮口號的 “ordinary meaning”, “ordinary understanding” 。周專員並引述案例指，常人理解口號意思如何，已可達至煽動入罪理據。

至於爭拗多天的專家意見，控方的周專員認為，包括辯方專家也同意劉智鵬教授對光時的理解（帶有分裂國家意思）是其中一個可行的理解。

周專員指控，辯方雙李專家指「光時」意義抽象又多樣的報告，不可靠又不可信。周專員指，辯方雙李專家(Eliza及 Francis)並非歷史學者，辯方報告裡的研究，也不是特意為此案進行，又指焦點小組的調查員在調查時發問了「引導性問題」。

但辯方的郭大狀則多次強調，法庭要小心不要隨便否定兩位辯方專家意見。「Eliza及 Francis是其領域上具權威的學者，兩人做的研究、著書、教學，均通過嚴謹的學術標準。控方劉智鵬或許是稱職的歷史學家，但劉智鵬教授不是政治學者，也不是政治傳播學者。Eliza及 Francis是真正的專家 (They are experts in real sense) 。」

今天代表辯方發言的郭兆銘資深大律師，年屆八十，眉毛稀疏，胖得有雙下巴，鼻子尖尖，耳朵卻特大。他在英國出生，曾於南非讀書，他嗓子陰柔，以英語提醒法庭：「正正是因為Eliza及 Francis的研究，不是特別為此案而做，而是他們老早以學者身份進行，更顯得他們是獨立而且不偏不倚 (independence and impartiality)。學界一直是這樣做研究，他們的方法受國際學術圈子認可。」

郭資深大狀，不時調整頭頂的假髮，或扯一扯身上的大狀袍，或在說英語的時候伸伸舌頭，舐舐自己乾涸的唇：「希望法庭不會說，這些專家的意見，我不用去理會，指控這些專家們是錯的，甚至說專家們一直不知道自己在做甚麼。兩位學者告訴我們，社會運動的口號是抽象的，供人各自解釋，因為口號不只要帶出實質政治訴求，還要表達情感，團結群眾。」法官杜麗冰深思着，嘴唇緊合，神情嚴肅。

郭大狀也提及，控方證人劉智鵬教授，自己曾陪伴嶺大校長現身2019年7月「光復元朗」活動：「劉教授自己出現在『光復』活動，卻說自己不知道活動主題，也堅持自己不是參與者，只是去關心學生，這種說法很令人懷疑（suspicious）。」

控方還指辯方專家一個「關鍵性缺失」在「時間脈絡」不足，即「雙李」的相關研究主要集中在2019年，非案發的2020年。郭資深大狀在自己的總結中幽了對方一默：「吓，時間脈絡的欠缺，好像控方專家犯這個錯誤更嚴重，劉教授指口號意思幾千年不變，他好意思去挑戰辯方專家幾年或幾個月的差距？」

郭資深大狀，肚腩大大，說話帶有老派英式紳士的幽默感。對於控方的指控，例如舉起「光時」旗有煽動成分，是恐怖活動，郭資深大狀攤開他的老人手掌，不住反問： “What? How? Why?”

控方指梁天琦本人支持港獨，故「光時」八字有港獨意思；控方指此八字在中聯辦外被叫喊，故「光時」有分裂國家意思。郭資深大狀連續用英語輕輕而高音地反問，說話時縮起他那佝僂的肩膀，攤開滿佈手筋的手掌： 「“So What?” 梁天琦怎樣想，被告人怎知道？“So What?”中聯辦外的活動，被告人連去都沒有去，他怎知道？」

郭大狀重申了Eliza及 Francis的意思：「口號意思是多元的，抽象的。」他舉起了右手拳頭，舉向天：「正如我喊：『Let’s go out and fight for our rights!』(我們出去爭取權利。英語fight有『打鬥』和『爭取』雙義)，你可以理解為我要去寫信給報紙投稿，或參選議會，或者出去打人。一字歧義，是常見之事。」

「Eliza及 Francis提過，發訊者若想表達清晰的意思，會挑選一個意思更清楚的詞，不會選一個抽象的字去表達。『光時』這口號意思不明白，並不像『我們要去打林鄭月娥 (let’s go and beat up Carrie Lam)』那麼明確。」郭大狀語氣在說笑，但法庭裡卻沒有甚麼笑聲。

國安法首審，條文意思如何詮釋，萬眾觸目。這天，法官也曾和控辯雙方討論條文的法律觀點。

代表政府的周天行專員，提到「恐怖活動」罪行時，指出「光時」旗幟是一支帶有「政治議題(political agenda)」的旗幟，會向附近的人宣揚其包含的分裂國家意思，嚴重危害社會。

此時，唯一男性法官陳嘉信提出，根據國安法「恐怖活動罪」相關條文（24條），「造成嚴重社會危害的恐怖活動…..即屬犯罪。」陳官指，這條文是談活動(activity)而不是政治議題(political agenda)。陳官強調「的」這個字。而24條的細項指出，活動包括暴力、爆炸、縱火、破壞交通、干擾水電通訊等。

陳官解釋時，杜麗冰點頭。

周專員呢喃回應：「對，字面是這樣。」

彭寶琴插話：「不只是字面，是條例這樣寫，恐怖＿的＿活動，不是關於政治議題。(Activities intended to cause grave harm to society, not about political agenda)」杜官再點頭。

周堅持自己在提供事件的背景。彭官再重申。「我恐怕這一條法例不是談口號或談追求政治議題，而是關於破壞社會的活動。周先生，你是否接納這樣的解釋？」

周再說，因為唐的行為是針對警察。

彭官及杜官再重申條文是談「活動」。

周最後同意，恐怖活動罪的焦點是在「活動」一字上。

至於關於「光時」口號的控罪，則是國安法20條「煽動他人分裂國家罪」。

彭寶琴問辯方，光時口號多義，為何郭大狀說「應當無罪」，兩者關係如何？彭官指出，「煽動」於口號有兩部分，第一部分，是指口號在這個考慮了歷史及處境，合理地造成一個事實，是口號有可能去煽動 (capable to incite)。第二部分，是指被告人當時的理解，有沒有犯罪意圖 (Mens Rea刑事意圖)。

而根據控方劉教授的報告，劉也承認，被告人車上插旗時腦海想甚麼他也不知道。於是大家在爭拗第一部分，即「光時」八個字，可不可能在不考慮唐英傑想甚麼的情況下，造成煽動。

郭資深大狀澄清，辯方認為，尤其考慮要對被告人公允，若有其他可能性，根本不應入罪。郭的話是指，這口號太抽象，根本不可能煽動 (the slogan is too vague to incite)。

最後，代表辯方的郭大狀，呈上了唐英傑之前的刑事紀錄，唐曾收過超速和受限制時間駕駛的告票罰款罪行。彭官指，現時唐被告三項罪，兩項和國安法有關，這些駕駛案底不相關，可以理解唐沒有「犯罪傾向」；然而第三項交替控罪，是和駕駛安全相關，則這些案底則要考慮了。

控辯雙方結案陳詞延續了一整天。下午四時許，大家也不知道，結案陳詞是否可以這天完成。

郭資深大律師未完成發言，他望了望時鐘，顯得有點擔心。結案陳詞的流程是，控方先說，到辯方再說，由於控方先說，辯方可以回應控方的話。

郭大狀不好意思的說，「我擔心之後要讓控方回應我，不夠時間。」此時杜麗冰法官微笑回答：「他 (控方周天行專員) 不可以回應，被告人擁有最後的回應權利。(He can’t reply. The accused has the last word.)」

戴了長方型眼鏡，年紀比郭大狀年輕，黑色短髮以Gel鞏固得竪起來的周天行，望了一眼他身旁的郭大狀，沒說甚麼，低頭做筆記。

這天所有程序完畢，三名法官宣佈，一星期後的7月27日下午三時，將會宣佈判決。

周專員向法官表示，當天他有事缺席，由另一位同事頂上。

而國安法案件，亦會排着隊開庭。

專家證人會不會再次在法庭就示威口號的意思交鋒，還看一周後，第一審結果如何。

It’s been said that “space exploration is a force unto itself”, a statement that can aptly be applied to the experience of music discovery. A purveyor of a music with that timeless quality, Ferry Corsten actioned himself into taking his own artist exploration deeper with his fifth artist album. Entitled ‘Blueprint’ because of his technical approach to this latest studio outing. This newest longplayer by the Rotterdam native was spawned from an idea to unite the music with a storyline that stretches beyond a nebulous lyrical theme. Combining his love for the art of screenwriting and film score Ferry has crafted ‘Blueprint’ as a concept release to put a wider perspective on his musical vision.


Transcending any referential genre, ‘Blueprint’s storyline centres around two protagonists in Lukas and the extra-terrestrial being Vee. From a discovery to a bond to consciousness to interdimensional travel, ‘Blueprint’ embarks on a journey across the galaxy asking many questions from its listeners.


Encapsulated in the soundtrack is a musical narrative that entwines with a storyboard crafted by the minds of David H Miller (of House Of Cards and Rosewood fame) and Ferry himself. The resulting effort gives the listener a conceptual direction that is breathtakingly beautiful. Narrated by Hollywood actor Campbell Scott (known for The Amazing Spider-Man and The Exorcism of Emily Rose), whose voice unravels the mystery of ‘Blueprint’s storyline.


Written into the musical code of the album we learn that from the deepest edges of space ‘The Drum’ can be heard, endlessly repeating, without any understanding as to its reason or purpose. None of the greatest minds on earth nor governmental superpower can decipher its existence. Except one. As the listener journeys from the opening track to the last the album chronicles the voyage of Lukas and Vee as a new world is opened to not just the mind but the heart.


With its opening title track ‘Blueprint’ the album commences in wondrous form straddling euphoria and seduction at its heart, as it shoots for the stars setting up for a cosmic ballet. The atmospherical payoff of ‘Venera (Vee’s Theme)’ is enchantingly uplifting, as listeners have their first encounter with Vee. The vocal of Eric Lumiere adds depth to the character’s arrival with ‘Something To Believe In’ before ‘Edge Of The Skye’, featuring Haliene, ignites an odyssey to ‘A World Beyond’. The weaving metronomic build of ‘Trust’ is industriously rich and perfectly poised for this interstellar exploration. Whilst the otherworldly tones of ‘Lonely Inside’ beam us into the isolation of Space and renders all meaning beyond one emotion, desire. The sentiment on Haliene’s voice pierces through on the tense ‘Piece of You’ before we head into the third act and encounter “The Drum” again on ‘Drum's A Weapon’. The album majestically concludes with the beautiful combo of Haliene & Eric Lumiere on ‘Another Sunrise’ and the ‘Eternity’ with its Shepherd scale-esque splendour.


With the narrative that gives nods to the proses of iconic sci-fi authors such as Jules Verne, Hugo Gernsback and most distinctively HG Wells, whilst sharing familiarities with modern day shows such as The OA, Westworld and retro Sci-fi-fest Stranger Things, ‘Blueprint’ is an explorative piece of work that puts Sci-fi at its interstellar core. A brave and unique studio release from one of the most iconic artists in the electronic scene but Ferry’s attempts with ‘Blueprint’ are simply to bring a wider perspective to the listener, as he aims the album to be inclusive of dimensions of religion, history, ideals and science fiction.
