✨ F e e l i n g G o o d a n d L o o k i n g F i n e ✨ I've been spending a lot of time in coffee shops and at my home for the past few months. I noticed that if I'm not feeling totally comfortable, my productivity drops. My apartment doesn't have AC so it gets pretty hot during the day but only for a few hours. That gives me a reason to leave my place and buy expensive coffee. But it can also be something extremely insignificant, too. For instance, I planned to get some work done in a cafe today but I stayed for only 30 mins because my hands were too dry. I went home then just so I could moisturize them. It's silly. But I couldn't focus when my hands crack every time I type.
The tricky thing is I don't know if the discomfort actually affects my work or if I'm giving myself excuses to procrastinate. Sometimes the former is the case; sometimes it's the latter.
