長路奉獻給遠方，工薪婦奉獻給大屁股～
在辦公室坐到青春不再，坐到屁股軟腴，
坐到腰痠背痛六親不認....
一心想趕快把工作做完，
有時連起來放泡尿、喝口水都忍啊忍！
肚子積了一肚子氣，聽到電話鈴聲就想叛，
屁股積了一堆軟肉，想到爬樓梯膝蓋就痛～
知道了哇！經常肩頸痠痛，
更需要強化核心與背部肌群，
經常膝蓋痛，更需要活化骨盆與臀肌！
今天排了這個：
👩💻”噢夫撕“累滴的椅子運動🪑
就是要強化核心，練緊手臂，喚醒臀肌！
我的居家辦公桌旁邊，就是瑜珈墊，
跟我這支超大隻的筆咧（瑜伽滾輪）
雖說年齡漸長會越來越需要椅子，
但越來越無法久坐也是不爭的事實～
關於久坐，
最好的姿勢，永遠都是下一個姿勢！
