記憶模糊，我已經有好耐時間沒有砌過Mg的高達模型了。你知道高達有分幾多款嗎？你知道模型有分High Grade、Master Grade、Prefect Grade嗎？她知道，是由我一手訓練出來的，在與我走過全香港各大少模型店之後，對模型嘅知識已經相當豐富。在分開的日子裡，她說有好多男仔追求她，原因是她能夠區分每一隻高達及幪面超人的名字，令人覺得非常賢淑，所以我就說嘛，知識，學了之後，從來都是入落自己袋的，然後我們又在電話中笑笑罵罵了半晚。

她是那一個會陪我去找，居然意外地難買的綠色背心黃色高筒波鞋，讓我這個白癡仔可以低調地，在沒有人知道的情況下，Cosplay Gundam Wing的駕駛員希羅尤的人，也是那個在我大學畢業的時候，送上自由高達，寄語我日後踏入社會依然可以自由地飛翔的人，老套奇怪，但用高達名字來寫詩，又未免太可愛，又浪漫，我受落到不得了，當人人都拿着一些其實他們也不太喜歡的畢業毛公仔的時候，唯獨我一個，拿着一盒勉強釘著畢業帽在上面的高達模型，我搶眼得很。

Master grade的Gundam wing，好像是17歲的生日禮物？也好像是18歲的生日禮物？是我第一盒最俾心機砌的高達模型，以往只會用墨水筆滲線，但從女朋友手上得到的禮物絕對不容忽視，那兩個星期，我每晚回到家裏就是通宵砌模型，連電話都冇時間講。買了從來未用過的噴罐，一隻高達至少買四隻色，紅藍黃白，當時每隻色都最少$30，都已經可以買多一盒模型了，也因為這盒高達，將我帶入模型製作的完全另一個層次。

從素組到手塗、到用噴罐、到噴筆，模型越砌越細隻，因為越細隻就越考功夫，就這樣，一隻又一隻作品出世，無憂的年紀，但的確也只有學生才有心力時間砌模型，踏入社會後，錢，愈賺愈多，時間愈來愈少，層架上的模型慢慢變成一隻隻完成品，要儲齊的玩具，基本上都沒有需要作買入與否的考慮，要就買，買完擺好動作，放上層架便完結了。

有日，她說我現在只會玩figure，但她是比較喜歡那個會砌模型的薛晉寧，我記得她說過：「你已經唔會再花心機去做一件小事喇，真係有啲掛住嗰個一路食飯一路睇說明書嘅細路⋯⋯」好像是的，一開始我只是一件一件零件拼著，完成品規模也一點都不大，玩具也是，工作也是，但一定是自己喜歡的東西，好像忘記了呢⋯⋯不要緊，彎腰拾回吧，我不需要被全世界欣賞認同，我只要在妳的小宇宙，做你最喜歡的薛晉寧就可以了。

堆到山一般高的法國麵包😍話說媽媽懷著我時，每天都要吃5個麵包，所以我大概是麵包造的。現在仍然是每天都吃啊。前幾天有幸到傳統法國麵包店跟大師傅學做法國麵包（在做夢嗎？）。雖然之前做了很久，差不多一年來吃的包都是自製（沒有用麵包機啊），但今次終於學到正宗的方法，非常感動呢。十分謝謝Paul 的招待，除了麵包，還有各種法國芝士和風乾火腿吃到飽。他們好像會推出甜點班，是時候要儲錢了。
They are all proper french bread straight from the oven😍My love of bread began before i was even born. I'm told that when my mom was having me, she ate 5 bread rolls every single day. Well, we are what we eat thus i'm pretty sure that i'm made by bread. I still have bread every day. Thank Paul Bakery for the bread masterclass! Although i have been making bread for some time, i have never had any proper training. Learning the traditional techniques from master Richard was like a dream come true. Apart from bread, i also enjoyed the formage and charcuterie platters so much. I've learned that there may be a patisserie class coming soon, time to save up some money.

There are many people who ask me which brushes are the preferred brushes to use for beginners.
- My answer to them is that all the brushes are great to use and compliment each other. My brushes are not expensive to purchase, they cost around $1-4 USD, some prices may vary on the different brushes used duo to special use of each brush. Remember that with each brush you use you will have a different experience and a range of different feeling. The important thing is that you and the brush work as one to find the balance between creation and skill. The artist's hand is very important in making the painting and to feel the way the water on the brush moves as the brush creates the ultimate master piece.

❖Improve your painting skills
Sometimes people ask me that they've been painting for months, but they think nothing improved.
- Well, I want to say that I have been painted for 15 years and I enjoy my painting every moment. If you enjoy your painting, that is the right way to go forward. Don't be hurry. You just need time. Now you keep improving your painting skill.
