広島人気のB級グルメ、汁なし担担麺の人気店へ！広島県広島市『汁なし担担麺専門キング軒 本通店』に伺ってきました。担担麺はもともと中国・四川省で食べられる麺で、汁のないものが一般的です。四川省の担担麺に独自のアレンジを施して生まれたのが日本の汁なし担担麺と言われます。広島で発展した担担麺の元祖はロイドごはんでも以前伺った広島市「きさく」と言われ、こちらでアレンジされ提供されたものが人気に火を点けたそう。更にブームのきっかけとなった「くにまつ」「武蔵坊」など今では数百を超える店舗で提供されるほど「広島ご当地グルメ」として認知されるようになりました。今回伺ったキング軒もその人気店のひとつ。食べれば必ずクセになる、そんな魅力の味をぜひご覧ください！

To Hiroshima's popular B-class gourmet, a popular shop for soupless tantanmen! I visited "King Ken Hondori, a store specializing in soupless kenken noodles" in Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture. Dandan noodles are originally edible in Sichuan, China, and are generally soup-free. It is said that Japanese soupless dandan noodles were created by applying a unique arrangement to the dandan noodles in Sichuan. The originator of the dandan noodles that developed in Hiroshima is said to be "Kisaku" in Hiroshima City, which I visited before with Lloyd's rice, and the ones arranged and provided here are said to have ignited popularity. Furthermore, it has become recognized as a "Hiroshima local gourmet" so that it is now offered at more than hundreds of stores such as "Kunimatsu" and "Musashibo" that triggered the boom. The King eaves I visited this time is one of the popular stores. Please take a look at the charming taste that will surely make you addicted if you eat it!

I made this choreography 3 years ago on a famous traditional Taiwanese song.
The song is about wives in the Taiwanese culture. Supporting and taking care of their family is the most important thing for them. What makes them happy is to be with their husband and no matter how hard life can be, they will still hold each other hands.
It may sound old fashioned. Today, women are independent but the core idea is the same. We are strong for the ones we love, having mutual respect and supporting each other definitely bring happiness. In that way, the lyrics are still touching.
I wanted to get a deeper connection with this subject so I used a dress that my grandmother used to wear in the 60's/70's! 👗🥰
