趁中秋節還沒完全結束
來跟大家分享今天的兩堂私人課…

下午是要求完美的媽媽，希望調整孩子體態，殊不知孩子根本站不住也坐不住，所以我只好暫時復出兒童瑜珈界跟媽媽還有兩個兒子玩了一下午雙人瑜伽，笑聲讓本來一直在書房工作的爸爸都出來幫忙拍照惹…🤣（我知道妳們想說什麼，但兒子們的笑聲也很大好嗎…😅）

傍晚是一對慶祝同月同日在今天生日的情侶，想要在這個特別的日子一起體驗人生第一次的瑜珈練習（壓力山大很怕毀掉他們的共同回憶🤣），過程中他們超投入練習，大休息結束不但多睡了15分鐘，還心滿意足滿臉笑容的手牽手去生日晚餐。☺️

讓我想到歐普拉的摯友兼導師曾對她說：
「 妳能留給這個世界的，是在每天生活中帶給周遭每一個妳接觸到的靈魂的感受，是妳對他們生命的影響。」

不管自己多渺小，都有能力帶給別人的生命一些溫暖和正面的影響吧，我開心的在下課後對自己說著…

The Kichwa people’s lawsuit over Ecuador’s biggest oil spill in a decade is headed to the country’s highest court!

今天是說故事時間，要念的故事是一篇短篇小說，來自於村上春樹的《沒有女人的男人們》其中一篇，叫做《獨立器官》。
最近又重讀村上春樹的這本書，讀到這篇小說覺得非常有意思，想讀給大家聽，分享我認為很有意思的觀點。
這篇小說敘述一個不婚主義的單身貴族，52歲的整形醫生，算是人生勝利組，在愛情上也是遊戲人間，然而這樣的人，終於在某天遇上了讓他心儀不已的女子，但卻陷入了自我懷疑，「自己」究竟是什麼呢？
書中主角對於愛情的觀點用獨立器官來形容，我覺得非常有意思，一起來聽聽故事吧！
節目最後送上這首《清醒》，這首創作接近我第一次接觸村上春樹作品的年紀，enjoy!
