Buat suami & org sekeliling.... hargailah wanita... kerana apa yang dilaluinya bukan mudah.
Rasa seperti dibelah2 rahim... dibiar berendam dalam air dan kebas... dipijak2 kaki sehingga mahu patah.... dicucuk cucuk pula paku sehingga terputus urat.... Faraj berdenyut denyut tak mahu henti.. terasa dihiris payudara... dibelah pinggang & dicantumkan kembali kemudian dihiris semula berulang kali tanpa henti....
Allah.... inilah yang dilalui rata2 wanita ketika berdepan kesakitan 'datang haid'!
WAJIB ambil tahu mengenai sakit ketika haid ini. Kerana, adakalanya kesakitan & kekejangan yang berlaku secara serious ini sebenarnya petanda bagi beberapa penyakit berkaitan dengan rahim seperti endometriosis & fibroid.
Namun.. ada juga wanita yg tak rasa kesakitan sebegini ketika period...
Buat suami... tolonglah hargai isteri... =( Kerana........
Lebih 80% kes diterima #9bulan10hari... semuanya melibatkan perasaan isteri yang terlalu makan hati dengan suami yg bukan saja tidak memahaminya.. malah membebankan lifenya.... walaupun isteri tengah period... tengah pregnant & tengah berpantang =(
Hampir 20% pula dikurniakan suami yang penyayang.. baik hati & tak putus cium peluknya selain dikurniakan ketenangan hati. Alhamdulillah....
Hehe.... kepada yang cakap "MEREPEKLAH... TAKKAN SAKIT CAMNI SEKALI.... TIPU... " doa saya.. semoga anda diberi kesempatakan 'menikmati sakit ini' =) mesti lepas tu tak berani dah cakap... hehe
Hanya yg laluinya saja yang faham..... Usually mereka yg alami endometriosis akan rasa perit sakit period pain sebegini...
Tak semua wanita yg lalui sakit sebegini....
Smg setiap wanita menerima layanan sebaiknya & setiap lelaki dihargai sentiasa =) aamiin...

For Husband & people around.... appreciate women... because what is wrong is not easy.
Feel like in rahim... the soaking in the water and numb... in the feet until it's broken.... stabbed in the nail until the veins are cut off.... the vagina is throbbing and the pulse doesn't want to stop.. the breast is cut... split Waist & re-listed then cut over and over and over and over again....
Allah.... this is what the average woman goes through when facing the pain of 'coming period'!
Must know about the pain during this period. Because, sometimes this serious pain & cramps is actually a sign for some diseases related to the uterus such as endometriosis & fibroid.
However.. There are also women who don't feel pain like this during their period...
For husband... please appreciate your wife... =(because........
More than 80 % CASES ACCEPTED # @[151329642013884:274:9bulan10hari]... it all involves the feeling of the wife who is too eating with the husband who does not only understand it.. even burden the lifenya.... even though the wife is in the middle of the period... Pregnant & in the middle of confinement =(
Almost 20 % given a loving husband.. be kind & don't give up on kissing other than being blessed with peace of heart. Thank God....
Hehe.... to those who said "Merepeklah... it won't hurt like this.... lie..." my prayer.. May you be given a kesempatakan ' enjoy this pain ' =) must be after that you don't dare to say it... Hehe hehe hehe hehe hehe hehe hehe hehe hehe hehe hehe
Only the it can understand..... but those who experience it will feel the pain of pain period like this...
Not all women who go through this pain are like this....

In general, the menstrual cycle occurs in two phases. On average, it’s a 28-day cycle.
1) FOLLICULAR Phase - Day 1 to Day 14
- Go hard! Do high intensity workouts, lift heavy and perform total body strength training.
- Your body is more tolerant to pain and muscles recover quicker.
- Your body uses Carbs as its main source of fuel.
- You can increase your carb intake slightly especially after an intense workout.
2) LUTEAL Phase - Day 14 to Day 28
- I like to call this phase the “roller coaster” phase.
- this is when all the PMS symptoms start to hit: you might crave for sugar or high fat food, you have bigger appetite, you feel sluggish, you have trouble sleeping, your body retains more water, you feel bloated and you might suffer from mild cramps too.
- Your body turns to FAT AS FUEL instead of carbs.
- Good news, your body is now burning FAT rather than carbs or glycogen. Focus on steady pace cardio to get the most out of your workout.
- This is also when the muscle breakdown increases, hence it takes longer for you to recover from your workout. So choose moderation workout that’s less intense.
- You might lose your motivation BUT power through your workout, as much as possible, eat well and you WILL feel better.
We are all very different and it takes time to really understand your body. If you have this knowledge, you’re able to take advantage of the hormonal benefits and overcome the challenges by adjusting and changing your workout routine and also food intake.
Again, remember this is a guideline as there is very limited research in regards to training with your menstrual cycle. Give it a try, make changes and see what works for you.
