我來台灣之前已經超級愛吃花生，但是住在台灣我幾乎每一天都在崇拜花生！不管是台灣知名的花生飲料，米漿，或是其他花生零食；台灣的花生美食真的太讚了！

為了多體驗台灣花生美食我決定嘗試 KFC 的花生醬漢堡，竟然覺得超級讚！我也嘗試了 Pizza Hut 很有創意的花生醬唐揚雞，結果非常美味！

❓ 你們最喜歡的台灣花生美食是什麼？

I use to believe that America was the country that loved peanuts the most, well I was wrong! Taiwan is truly the peanut loving Capitol of the world!

Before coming to Taiwan I highly enjoyed the peanut flavor, but now that I’ve been in Taiwan for four years, I am proactively worshiping it daily! If it be Taiwan’s famous peanut drink Mijiang or other unique peanut snacks; Taiwan’s Peanut cuisine is obsolete!

In order to dive deeper into the peanut pool of Taiwan’s crazy cuisine I tried KFC’s Peanut Butter Hamburger and it was shockingly incredible! I also tried Pizza Hut’s creative Peanut Butter Fried Chicken and it was definitely not disappointing at all!

A newly opened fried chicken shop at Ground Floor, Karamunsing Kompleks (next to McDonalds). Comes in many different flavors and sauces for you to savor. Pair it with rice, hash pops or fries 🍟. What would be your first choice?

Available flavors are Butter Crumb Mayo, Cheesy Sensation, Korea Hot Sauce, Creamy Salted Egg, Curry Powder, Thai Chili, Sweet and Sour and Sriracha.

Currently they have a Mega Huat Combo, RM10 for 1 standard flavor plus 1 side and drinks.

Personal favorite is the Cheesy Sensation, Butter Crumb Mayo and Sweet and Sour.

🔴MY REVIEW: This’s one of my all time favorite shampoos and conditioners. I like to use this in the winter season because in the winter my hair gets more dry due to freezing cold weathers. This shampoo and conditioner is perfect for my long hair. It moisturizes and strengthens hair. Well, it doesn’t weigh my hair down but makes it silky smooth. Very impressed.

3. NATURAL BODY WASH 250ml
💡DETAILS: Look after your skin naturally, with the Grahams Natural Body Wash. Enriched with aromatic botanicals and oils, this body wash will gently cleanse and purify the skin without drying. 🔴MY REVIEW: I’m so in love with this body wash. My skin is so soft and supple since using this. It hydrates my dry skin and it doesn’t cause dryness nor itchiness. This product is absolutely the best. Definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend for anyone with dry sensitive eczema prone skin.

We are making Tofu Don, a tofu bowl, which is a delicious way to enjoy plenty of chilled, smooth tofu. We'll also introduce how to make delicious dashi soy sauce. This is an easy and very tasty rice bowl that you don't need to cook during the hot season. You can just arrange what you have in the refrigerator on the rice bowl.

How to Make Tofu Don

(serves 1) Cook Time: 20 minutes

[Tofu Don (Tofu Bowl)]
Steamed Rice, as much as you like
Used Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes), saved after making the dashi stock
200g Soft Silken Tofu, 1/2 pack (7.1 oz)
1 Egg Yolk, optional
20g Soft Shirasu Whitebait, kamaage shirasu (0.7 oz)
20g Takanazuke, pickled takana leaves fermented with lactic acid, substitute: suguki, nozawana or hiroshima pickles (0.7 oz)
Tenkasu, crunchy bits of deep fried flour-batter
Spring Onion Leaves
Toasted White Sesame Seeds

[Dashi Soy Sauce] (about 150 ml/5.1 fl oz, substitute: regular soy sauce or mentsuyu, noodle soup base)
80ml Mirin (2.7 fl oz)
100ml Soy Sauce (3.4 fl oz)
50ml Water (1.7 fl oz)
3g Dashi Kombu Seaweed, shredded used kombu can be used in miso soup (0.11 oz)
10g Katsuobushi (Bonito Flakes) (0.35 oz)

Recipe Notes:
As a substitute for the takana pickle, there are lactic acid fermented pickles such as Kyoto's Suguki, Hiroshimana, and Nozawana pickles.
When using this dashi soy sauce as a dipping sauce for soba or udon noodles, dilute 1 part dashi soy sauce with 2 parts cold water.
When making the dashi soy sauce, you can add sake to the mirin instead of the water and evaporate the alcohol together. The sake will add a savory flavor to the dashi soy sauce, making it even more delicious.
You can store the chopped spring onions in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Line a paper towel in a food storage container and place the spring onions in it.

Pringles sour cream & onion flavored yakisoba noodles and ramen flavored(soy sauce, miso) pringles. I don't know why they didn't make combination of pringles flavored yakisoba and yakisoba flavored pringles or pringles flavored ramen and ramen flavored pringles. Anyway, they are yummy! Btw, what is your favorite Pringles flavor? My favorite is sour cream & onion.
