Do you still think no one remembers that today is World AIDS Day?
This morning, there were 438 race participants from across all walks of life, joining the Hong Kong AIDS Foundation’s 2nd “Run for an AIDS FREE World” Charity Run.
They were the participants of 10km and 5km routes respectively, who joined our call for the support of a stigma-free world towards people living HIV and HIV/AIDS.
Of course, they like us, have to keep one thing in their heart - to remember all those defeated by the virus in the past decades through a positive activity, yes, running!
The more we run, the shorter the distance we will see to an end to AIDS. After a brief moment in remembrance of those deceased, let’s speed up our steps to embrace 2030.
今日是世界愛滋病日。還有多少人記得？
有！四百三十八位跑手，不分背景、信念、年紀與國籍，排除萬難，齊齊於早上八點，參與第二屆「Run for an AIDS FREE World」慈善跑十公里及五公里的賽事，以這種積極的方式紀念曾被病毒🦠奪去寶貴生命的人。
我們毋須哀愁，只要向前望繼續衝，愛滋病終被「踢」入歷史。
