#习惯就是呼吸那么简单
3、4年前就发现自己无法抽身到健身房做运动和练瑜伽,就慢慢发掘有什么线上的program可以自己在家练。
起初就是搜索keyword,看到哪那一个练哪个。
后来一段时间关注Yoga with Adriene,喜欢她穿着睡觉衣练瑜伽,练着练着唱起歌来的自然。「原来在家练瑜伽也可以那么简单。」
每一年一月,Adriene都会设计一组30天的瑜伽旅程。但两三年前的自己,试过了几次想要每天坚持早起练瑜伽才去上班,但只要回家乡或者去马六甲,就会断了练习的步骤。然后...就没有然后了。我又回到了一个月四五次的瑜伽而已。
但是!(不知道要不要谢谢MCO?!)
我今天终于从这个30天瑜伽毕业啦!也因为这个瑜伽,养成了7点早起的习惯。
第一天起床的时候,真的会怀疑人生
第二天起床,开始头痛
第五天起床,还是躺回去睡了30分钟
第十天起床,还会有想放弃的念头
第二十天起床,竟然比闹钟早醒了
第二十五天起床,原本前一晚工作到凌晨已经很累,心里默默决定明早偷懒一次,结果....眼睛在6:45张开了,却没有疲惫的感觉。
第三十天,就是今天,和Adrience来了一场无声的瑜伽练习。

好的习惯,终究会成为呼吸那样,那么自然。
还记得我们的第一口呼吸吗?
从婴儿落地的哇一声,就是我们呼吸的开始。
「婴儿在出世之前,肺内是没有空气的,是一团结实的组织,这时候的胸廓也还只是曲缩状态,胸腔也还很小。婴儿一出世,就不再是缩成一团,胸廓会忽然伸张开来,胸腔也立即扩大,肺叶跟着张开,婴儿就吸进了第一口空气。紧接着的吸气动作,迫使肺内空气外出,冲出的气体冲开了声带,声带震动就发出了类似哭的“叫声”。」
所以,不要把呼吸当成理所当然,也不要忽视每一个习惯。

在学瑜伽的路上,我也曾经
🌵时间超级难配合
🌵费用昂贵
🌵不想每星期只练一次
曾经我挤了很多时间去学瑜伽,因为工作的原因,所以只能安排早晨7点多的时间上课。也就是说630要起床,洗刷,然后花15分钟找停车位。学完瑜伽后,又要花时间回家梳洗继续工作。即使不想那么累,周末周日却不想被绑死(不然回家乡或者出远门很不方便)。加上需要交付费用这一些林林总总的问题,才导致我有这个念头: 我自己练!
但是,总得有老师啊!(不然扭到手怎么办)
所以我才找到Yoga with Adriene这个channel。
在家做瑜伽,就是早上7点滚去地上,然后花15至20分钟的时间给自己。这里没有很fancy或者大开眼界的pose,反倒是每一天让我们活动胫骨还有medidate的时间。慢慢地,但是认真做,就会魔心地爱上这个7点钟起来的自己。
