小弟公司在信義安和站附近，前陣子在找健身房剛好在公司附近發現Anytime這間連鎖
健身房，在網路上還沒有太多相關資訊，在這邊提供給喜歡健身的朋友。
Anytime Fitness信義安和店的地址：台北市大安區信義路四段279號
離信義安和站五號出口最近，4/26開始試營運，5/1正式開幕，主打24小時的社區型健
身房。
大約前兩三周他們在預售時就去簽會員了，那時候在比較附近地區的WG和健工，業務
有說服我先買，若到時候不滿意還可以在正式開幕前解約。
這幾天實際去那邊運動，以下是個人心得：
一、健身房地理位置很方便
在信義安和站五號出口過個馬路就到，如果常在這附近活動的人真的很方便，小弟
因為公司就在附近，下班直接過去不到5分鐘，再者，通化夜市也在那裡，運動前或運動
完找東西吃都很方便；信義安和右轉世貿、101不到五分鐘，左轉大安東門不到五分鐘。
二、關於會費
有在跑健身房的人最關心的一定莫過於價格跟器材，這邊只能提供我在預售期間跟
業務談到的價格，不過大概可以猜到他們的訂價機制。
其實這家健身房跟其餘連鎖健身房的價格差不多，
(一) 原價的部分
月費：1388/12個月 (都是一年為單位)
會員費：1000
磁卡費：1785
單月月費：2088
(二) 預售方案
月費1088/24個月
會員費：0
磁卡費：1785 (均一價，無法下殺)
(三)總計：預售期間現金回饋，平均而言一個月大概攤下來1200多(一個月)，附
款方式跟其他家大型連鎖健身房一樣，信用卡自動扣款，必須提前
解約才會解除自動扣款，可以用VISA金融卡，但會多個100元，也是
先付首款跟尾款；會籍轉讓付300，若提前解約的話，違約金只要付
當月月費2088。
三、關於場地與設備
再來就是健身重訓最關鍵的部分。由於我本身重訓的頻率大概一周至少有四天
而且只做freeweight，當初在談價錢的時候我也是以這兩個需求去談。預售期間因
為場地尚未布置完畢，只能參考平面設計圖。然而：
(一)場地真的不大，在辦公大樓的B1、B2，但是給人的空間感寬敞舒適，可能是
器材少的關係；主要有五塊區域：
A.跑步機區(有氧區)：數台跑步機跟平常不會用到的有氧器材(大概有一排)；
B.機械式區：leg press(機械式)一台、Leg curl兩台、蝴蝶機一台、二頭
彎舉機一台，divering lat pull一台....想得出來的有這些
好像跟運動中心是同個廠牌，不過竟然沒有掛槓片的leg press
以及傳統的lat pull。
C.自由重訓區：
史密斯一台，深蹲架五個，bench只有一個....一台練背的小椅
子，一台練腹肌的椅子，一個滑輪下拉機、啞鈴2.5kg~50，也有
固定式重量的短槓(非W槓)，然後數個槓片(應該夠用)，廠牌是Z
開頭那個，啞鈴則是他們自己的logo。
D.瑜珈教室區：
最後有一個大空間是專們上課用的，至於有什麼課程我就不知道
了。
(二)盥洗室：很像飯店那種感覺，四、五個個人獨立衛浴(乾濕分離)，而且男女共
用，廁所也在這邊上，有附沐浴乳、洗髮乳，沒有洗手乳，有衛生紙
；有吹風機，熱水也很OK；個人用品也都放在這裡的置物櫃，需自備鎖
頭。
(三)其他：
有AED，監視器也很多，滅火器也有，有一個逃生梯，但逃生指引路線
好像沒看到，逃生梯在盥洗區，不過很少人會去注意。
空間坦白說不大，器材也不多，不過給人的感覺很寬敞，不壅擠，甚
至還有ㄧ些閒置空間，但應該很難再放置器材了。一台飲水機跟一台
inbody，室內的燈光是白燈，色系以紫色為大宗，地板是黑色PU，盥
洗室地板是木頭紋路風格的PU墊。
四、其他
以上大概就是場地的主要描述，其他的部分像是人流，因為目前只有晚上去，人
很少，有問業務，目前大概才300個會員，而且是以社區型為主，有很多阿伯跟大
媽，年輕人主要是情侶(個人覺得情侶超適合)，目前還沒看到大肌肌出現，重訓
區根本沒人。
教練的話，他們也有ㄧ些課程，但我不需要也沒問，也沒被推銷，好像也沒看到
有教練一直在巡場，給人的感覺很友善，威脅感不重，但跟WG、健工比，專業度
就顯得有點薄弱，而且好像業務跟教練有明顯區別，業務對健身重訓的知識比較
少，當初在跟業務聊的時候，他們對健身產業似乎不瞭解，至於教練我就不清楚
了。(但已經有人在上一對一了)
整體而言，個人覺得Anytime環境很舒適，給人的壓力沒那麼大，缺點就是重訓
區的器材不夠多元，可能以社區型態為主，對附近居民來說可能夠，而且很適
合家人、情侶一起來，運動之餘還可以聯繫情感。很可惜就是因為重訓器材太少
，想要的器材竟然沒有，就覺得有點可惜。
至於價格，後來談的價錢平均攤下來其實跟附近的WG、健工比差不多，最沒轍得
的就是那把感應鑰匙，一個就要1700多，雖然說可以全球通用，但用到的機會真
的不高，也不會沒事半夜跑去運動，這部分也有點不太適合。
海報有點掉漆，竟然用新細明體，很沒有設計感XDD
