DMG: 20%>24%, ROF 16%>20%
Skill: Decrease enemies's accuracy by 45%, and decrease their 15% damage for 6 seconds
MOD2:when taking damage, place a ballistic shield
unit that behind the shield will be invincible until the shield disappear
shield will have 15HP and will only take 1 damage
it will have Welrod's 30% of evasion , meanwhile immute Welord's 30% single T-doll's HP's damage, it last for 4 seconds, 8 seconds for cooldown
MOD3: Special Equipment: SP Combat kit
increase 25 evasion and 5 armor
When equip it,increase 30% ROF, and decrease 30% taking damage by the enemy that is attacking by Welrod (Only works on Welrod)
