【麻辣醤deピリ辛冷やし中華風うどん】
今日は、『麻辣醤deピリ辛冷やし中華風うどん』を作りました。
先日お話しました、レシピブログ様から〝ネクストフーディスト〟に任命していただいた際に就任記念としていろいろな商品をいただきましたが、その第二弾として今日は〝ハウス食品さんの麻辣醤〟を使ったレシピを紹介します。
麻辣醤は、今流行りのシビレ系料理が簡単に作れるチューブタイプの万能調味料です。花椒や唐辛子に豆板醤などが配合されていて、これを使うと本格中華の味をお家でも簡単に再現できます。
今日は、この麻辣醤と冷凍うどんを使って冷やし中華のうどんバージョンを作ってみました。タレに麻辣醤を入れることで一気に本格味に大変身!
とても簡単にできるので、ぜひシビレ系料理がお好みの方にお試しいただきたいオススメのレシピです。
〈材料〉
冷凍うどん 1玉
お好みの具材
卵黄 1個
【タレ】
ゆんつゆ 大さじ1
ごま油 大さじ1
白ごま 小さじ1

【Mala sauce spicy cold Chinese noodle udon】
Today, I made "mala sauce spicy cold Chinese noodle udon".
As I mentioned the other day, when I was appointed as the Next Foodist from the recipe blog, I received various products as an inauguration memory. Introduce the recipe.
Mapo is a tube-type all-purpose condiment that makes it easy to make shibile-type dishes that are popular today. The chili peppers and chili peppers are mixed with soya bean paste and so on, so you can easily reproduce the authentic Chinese taste at home.
Today, I used this mapo and frozen udon to make a cold udon version of Chinese noodles. By putting the marinade into the sauce, you can really taste it in earnest!
It is very easy to do, so it is a recommended recipe that you should try for those who like Shibire based dishes by all means.

Frozen udon 1 ball
Ham, cucumber, tomato, daikon radish etc
1 egg yolk

Ingredients for Chilli oil

2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of Sichuan peppercorns
2 teaspoons of chilli powder
Ingredients for soup

Cooking oil
100g of pork loin - cut into strips
60g of shredded carrot
8 pieces of dried mushrooms - cut into strips
60g of black fungus - cut into strips
80g of ham - cut into strips
1.5L of water
1 cube of chicken bullion
1 piece of soft tofu (suitable for soup)
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
3 tablespoons of black vinegar
0.5 tablespoon of white pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
Some cornstarch solution
2 beaten eggs

醬料:辣椒粉 2 tbsp,辣椒醬 2 tbsp,生抽 1 tbsp,味醂 1 tbsp,蒜蓉 1 tbsp,胡椒粉 適量
洋蔥 1/2,泡菜 1/2杯,焗豆 1/2罐,辣椒 1,免治牛肉 300g,午餐肉 1/2罐,火腿,牛肉高湯 2杯,車打芝士,蔥 適量
做法:
1. 將辣椒粉,辣椒醬,生抽,味醂,蒜蓉,胡椒粉拌勻
2. 在鍋加入洋蔥,泡菜,焗豆,辣椒,醬料,免治牛肉,午餐肉,火腿,牛肉高湯,車打芝士,蔥,煮滾

-Seasoning Sauce: 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1 Tbsp Guk Ganjang(Soy Sauce for Soup), 1 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 Pinch Pepper
-1/2 Onion, 1/2 Cup Kimchi, 1/2 Can Baked Bean, 1 Pepper
-300g Ground Beef, 1/2 Can Spam, Ham, 2 Cup Beef Broth, 1 Sliced Cheddar Cheese 3 Handful Green Onion
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Make seasoning sauce.
2. In a pot, add onion, kimchi, baked bean, pepper and pour sauce on top. Then layer beef, spam and lots of ham.
3. Add beef broth and boil. Finish off with sliced cheddar cheese and green onion.
