日式前菜 Beef Tataki ,用剩嘅Ponzu 可以存放一個月,配合沙律,白魚,生蠔都得.
Japanese Appetiser Beef Tataki, if you make your own ponzu, they can be kept in the fridge up to a month. Ponzu sauce can also serve with salad, white fish, or oysters.
Ingredients:
For homemade Ponzu sauce:
2 pcs of lemons
1/2 cup of Japanese soy sauce
1 cup of mirin
1 cup of Japanese rice vinegar
2 tsp of Yuzu juice
2 dried kombu
2 handful of bonito flakes
For Beef tataki :
Tenderloin
1 clove of garlic
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp of olive oil
salt
pepper
1 green onion for garnish
ponzu sauce
