氣炸鍋吉列豬扒:
材料:
豬扒2塊
生粉
蛋漿
麪包糠
蕃茄
青瓜
處理:
1. 豬扒用清水解凍10分鐘。
2. 拍鬆豬扒。
3. 落1茶匙鹽乸10分鐘,除雪味、腥味及加入鹹味。
4. 1小時後,沖洗乾淨。
5. 用廚紙索乾豬扒。
6. 加入調味料:
a. 胡椒粉少許
b. 鮑魚汁1湯匙
醃1分鐘。
烹調:
1. 氣炸鍋用200度預熱3分鐘。
2. 上麪包糠次序:
a. 生粉
b. 蛋漿
c. 麪包糠
壓實。
3. 放氣炸鍋紙,掃少許油。
4. 放豬扒。
5. 在豬扒上掃油。
6. 豬扒用200度氣炸10分鐘。
7. 雪凍蕃茄及青瓜。
8. 氣炸了10分鐘,反轉豬扒,再掃油在豬扒上。
9. 豬扒用200度氣炸8分鐘。
10. 完成,攤凍。
11. 切好青瓜及蕃茄,放碟上。
12. 切好豬扒,上碟。
Airfrying cutlet pork chop:
Ingredients:
Pork chop 2 slices
Tapioca starch
Egg syrup
Bread crumbs
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Preparation:
1. Defrost the pork chop with tap water for 10 minutes.
2. Beat pork chop with chopper lightly.
3. Season pork chop with 1 tsp salt for 10 minutes to remove the unpleasant smells and tastes and add some salty taste.
4. Rinse thoroughly after one hour.
5. Use kitchen towel to dry the pork chop.
6. Add seasonings:
a. pepper a pinch
b. abalone sauce 1 tbsp
Season for 1 minute.
Steps:
1. Preheat the airfryer at 200 C for 3 minutes.
2. Sequence for adding bread crumbs:
a. tapioca starch
b. egg syrup
c. bread crumbs
press tightly.
3. Put airfrying paper, brush some oil on paper.
4. Put pork chop.
5. Brush oil on pork chop.
6. Airfry pork chop at 200 C for 10 minutes.
7. Refrigerate tomatoes and cucumber.
8. After airfrying 10 minutes, flip over pork chop, brush some oil on pork chop.
9. Airfry pork chop at 200 C for 8 minutes.
10. Complete, cool down pork chop.
11. Cut cucumber and tomatoes well, put on plate.
12. Cut pork chop well, serve.
