材料:
五花腩 150g,鹽,胡椒粉
油 2 tbsp,炸醬 2 tbsp
油,蒜 3,蔥 1/3,洋蔥 1/2,椰菜 50g,炸醬,蠔油 2 tbsp,生抽 1 tbsp,砂糖 2 tbsp,料酒 1 tbsp,生粉水 2 tbsp
麵,綠豆,粟米,辣椒粉,煎蛋
做法:
1. 煎五花腩,用鹽,胡椒粉調味
2. 用油炒炸醬,隔油
3. 開油鑊炒蒜,蔥,洋蔥,椰菜,炸醬,蠔油,生抽,砂糖,料酒,生粉水,炒勻
4. 在麵上加上醬料,五花腩,綠豆,粟米,辣椒粉,煎蛋

▪ INGREDIENTS:
- 150g Pork Belly, Salt, Pepper, 1 Serving Chinese Noodles, 1/3 Scallion, 3 Piece Sliced Garlic, 1/2 Onion, 50g Cabbage
- Sauce: 2 Tbsp Black Bean Paste, 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil, 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 2 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 2 Tbsp Starch Water
- Toppings: Fried Egg, Green Bean, Canned Sweet Corn, Red Pepper Powder
- Side Dishes: Pickled Radish, Onion, Black Bean Paste
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Add 150g of pork belly on a heated pan. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil to the pan and add 2 Tbsp of black bean paste. Stir-fry almost like you're frying it.
3. Get rid of the grease from stir-fried black bean paste.
4. Add cooking oil to pan and stir-fry 3 piece of sliced garlic and 1/3 chopped scallions. Add 1/2 onion and 50g cabbage until it turns soft. Add stir-fried black bean paste, 2 Tbsp oyster sauce, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 2 Tbsp sugar with 1 Tbsp cooking oil and stir-fry. Add 2 Tbsp starch water to get desired thickness.
5. Add sauce to a bowl with 1 serving of pre-boiled Chinese noodles. Add pork belly on top. Finish off by adding toppings (green beans, canned sweet corn, red pepper powder and fried eggs.)
