這陣子真的忙到沒時間找新店分享給大家😂
定食8我們之前很常吃，這次他的厚切豬排真的非常吸引人，以180元白飯、味噌湯、高麗菜絲無限自取真的非常超值👍主打柚香口味，除了沾醬以柚子和風外，竟然還附上一塊葡萄柚～
豬排確實相當厚實，口感比預期還要好，沒有特別醃製，很簡單的味道，整體來說我們下次還是會點👍
白飯真的要看各分店，當天在鼎山家樂福裡面那間米飯太軟爛～

你需要：You will need:
4瓣大蒜 4 garlic cloves
600克蘑菇 600g mushrooms
絞牛肉1.2公斤 1.2 kg beef mince
橄欖油Olive oil
辣椒粉 Chilli flakes
鹽巴跟胡椒 Salt and pepper
4 x 425克罐番茄醬 4 x 425g tomato sauce / diced tomatoes
九層塔 Basil
600毫升乾白葡萄酒 600 ml dry white wine (e.g. chardonnay)
