Since I saw the news that Parasite won Best picture at the Oscars, I have had a
craving for Jjapaguri (Ram-don). Jjapaguri is made with two types of Korean instant noodles, Chapagetti + Neoguri. Both noodles have been around for years, steady
best sellers in Korea. Chapagetti is an instant noodles mixed with black bean sauce
which has a sweet and salty taste. Neoguri is noodle soup with spicy seafood taste.
At the movie, they mixed it with small pieces of steak.

YOU WILL NEED:
Chapagetti
Neoguri
水 1,100 ml
Steak meat (optional)

Miso stew (된장찌개 Doenjang-chigae) is a typical soul food which Koreans find nostalgia and comfort in. We consume it on weekly basis if not daily. Fermented soybean paste is versatile and packed with robust umami flavor.

YOU WILL NEED:
1 potato
4 mushrooms
1/2 onion
1/3 zucchini
1 garlic minced or pressed
1 spring onion
1 tablespoon Korean chilli paste (고추장 Gochujang)
2 tablespoons Korean miso (된장 doenjang)
1 small kombu
600 ml water

大蒜 1個（切碎的或是蒜泥）

1片 公佈
水 600 ml
