じゃがいも…500g(3~4個ほど)
玉ねぎ…中1個
牛肉(切り落としやこま切れ)…150g
糸こんにゃく…100g
絹さや…10枚
サラダ油…小さじ1
A濃口醤油…大さじ4と1/2
Aみりん…大さじ3
A酒…大さじ3
A砂糖…大さじ3

One of the most popular Japanese home cooking dish "Niku jaga".
Niku = Meat (in this case it is beef but you can use pork alternatively)
Jagaimo = Potato
Normally you would need "Dashi- Stock" which to cook this dish which is more complicated process. I am showing how to make this dish without Dashi process to make it easier to replicate at home!
Ingredients for 2 ~ 3 servings
Potatoes ... 500 g (about 3 to 4 pieces)
Onion ... 1 medium
Beef (thinly sliced chuck steak) ... 150 g
Konnyaku ... (if not available you don't have to put it in) 100 g
Snow peas ... 10
Vegetable oil ... 1 tsp
* dark soy sauce ... Tbsp 4 and 1/2
* mirin(sweet rice wine) ... 3 tablespoons
* sake ... 3 tablespoons
* sugar ... 3 tablespoons
