The macadamias that I used in this video are from Australia! I got a bag of roasted unsalted macadamias and it tasted amazing as it is. You can easily make macadamia milk by yourself but there are lots of options on the market recently. Plant -based milk is becoming the majority day by day isn't it? :)

Ingredients:
for the cookies :
340g pastry flour
60g almond flour
200g butter flavored coconut oil
110g beet sugar
100g macadamia nuts
for the latte :
50g macadamia nuts
250g water
20g coffee beans
Instructions:
1. put pastry flour, almond flour, butter flavored coconut oil and beet sugar together in a food processor and mix until it forms crumbles.
2. add macadamia nuts and shape them into your favorite shape. put them in a freezer for an hour.
3. bake cookies at 180C/356F for 20 minutes.
4. make macadamia milk and brew espresso then make latte.
5. Enjoy!

薄力粉 340g
アーモンドプードル 60g
バターフレイバーココナッツオイル 200g
てん菜糖 110g
マカダミアナッツ 100g
マカダミアナッツラテ:
マカダミアナッツ 50g
水 250g
コーヒー豆 20g
「作り方」
1、薄力粉、アーモンドプードル、ココナッツオイル、てん菜糖とフードプロセッサーにかけ、ダマになるまで撹拌する。
2、マカダミアナッツを加え、好きな形状に整えたら冷凍庫で1時間ほど冷やす。
3、180℃で20分ほど焼く。
4、マカダミアナッツミルクを作り、エスプレッソを淹れてラテを作る。
5、エンジョーイ!
