Claire Haigh sporting a professional Muay Thai record of 14 wins and only 2 losses recently won the WPMF World Muay Thai Championship at the Queen's Cup event held in Bangkok Thailand, by beating Chantal Ughi. This event was held in honor of the Queen's birthday. Claire Haigh has spent the last year training at Tiger Muay Thai under MMA Instructor Ray Elbe and Master Muay Thai instructor Kru Pichai Maitong "Gae" Kiatsignoi. A BJJ Blue Belt previously to arriving in Thailand Claire represented Diesel Gym in London England. Claire shows great Elbows during the stand-up portion of the bout, and utilizes a vicious GNP to set up the RNC (Rear Naked Choke) victory. This fight was Claire's MMA debut as well.
