All the muscles in your body work together - that's why you can't target reduce or strengthen just one muscle at a time. The three areas that work together a lot are your core, your butt, and your lower back. A strong butt means that your entire hip area is operating at its optimal. Having a shapely butt is beautiful - at the same time, building a strong body will make you feel strong as a person.
For these simple exercises, weights are optional. You may use your own body weight! Have a great workout!
