聖誕節又好情人節又好,除咗牛扒同埋龍蝦湯,鵝肝都係以用來招呼另一半,呢個係一個開胃煮法,飲完湯之後上就啱啦。
Apart from Streaks and Lobster bisque, Foie Gras is always a thing that can be included in the menu, no matter on Christmas or Valantines Day. It's very appetising together with the caramelised apple sauce.
材料:
鵝肝 2片
青蘋果 1個
白蘭地 1/4杯
番茜
糖 4茶匙
牛油 20克
Ingredients:

Green apple 1 pc
Brandy 1/4 cup
Parsley
White sugar 4 tsp
