T2はあくまで「オフでのMOD使用はOK」と明言している。これが嘘でないなら、MenyooやScriptHookVをオフで使用する事は誰にも迷惑かけないしホワイトゾーンであると思う。T2が嘘つきで、実は全てのMOD関連ソフトを排除しオンラインユーザーを増やそうという魂胆なら、GTA6は販売できないだろうし、できたとしても誰も買いたがらないのではないだろうか？
