這兩個禮拜 我的皮膚第13天開始起疹子 我不知道是不是我的皮膚在一個要排毒的階段 還是什麼情況？有些時候 皮膚變好前是會經過一個很糟的階段 第三個禮拜中間手臂疹子消了 但背上開始起疹子 而且我屁股上面有一塊乾皮大概一兩個月了吧我忘了有多久 吃了這皮膚的維他命並沒有明顯的感善。老實說到第三個禮拜 我真的蠻失望的...可能我的期望太高，結果不如預期，現在臉上的顆粒全部又冒回來了比第一個禮拜還糟...如果想知道第四個禮拜 會不會有改變 那記得要訂閱我歐！xo
