📖雀兒的美味『半熟蛋牛肉巨無霸漢堡』 食譜
1⃣️BRUNO電烤盤鍋子燒熱抹一層薄薄的椰子油,放入蒜末.漢將漢堡排下鍋時,單面煎5分鐘,不要任意翻動肉排,接著翻面,續煎5分鐘後起鍋,讓漢堡肉持續且均勻受熱。
2⃣️漢堡排在煎的時候打一顆蛋,旁邊加一點白開水,製作半熟太陽蛋
3⃣️同時將漢堡包放入氣炸鍋氣炸,180度C,5min
4⃣️組裝漢堡:先將漢堡包抹上自製的香料黃芥末醬(薑黃粉、肉桂粉、卡宴辣椒粉、狄戎芥末醬、甜菊液)、再依序放上漢堡排、牛番茄、紫洋蔥、半熟蛋、最後再覆蓋上漢堡包。即可開心享用!
📖Chelsea's Homemade sunny-side egg giant burger
1⃣️Split a burger bun and toast until golden brown; cool completely and spread with dijon mustard; set aside.
2⃣️In a nonstick skillet, prepare two 4-ounce burgers, adding salt, pepper or your favorite seasonings; cooking for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side over high heat.
3⃣️crack 1 egg and cook until whites are cooked through and yolks are firm, for approximately 4-5 minutes.
4⃣️To assemble burger, top each side of the burger bun with red onion, tomato, and the burger patty, carefully laying 1 egg on top of each.
5⃣️Serve open-faced and enjoy!

I felt like to have a big burger today so I made this giant burger for myself! Satisfied but still healthy :) I didn’t add a lot of oil , and I use my homemade low-kcal dijon mustard sauce :) it made my day and I didn’t feel hungry after have this until late night :P

Assalamualaikum & salam Jumaat, folks! What’s for breakfast today? Dah kenyang ke belum tu?😁😁
I just made some healthy & delicious cereal- based and egg breakfast for my mom and I kejap tadi. Sukaaaa sangat dia dengan müesli. “Krup krap krup krap” katanya!😆😍👨🍳
Kalau dulu I always bought nasi lemak (tambah nasi of course), sambal sotong or ayam, a sunny-side-up and loads of the oily extra sambal from a roadside stall on the way to the office. Kadang-kadang berhenti kat Mamak makan roti telur 2 biji plus kuih 3-4 ketul. Lepas makan, mata pun naik kuyu...tak larat buat kerja!😴🙄🤣
However since I see some significant changes to the body after the bariatric procedure, I am becoming more conscious with my food choices. Don’t get me wrong though. I still love and more often than not, indulge myself with our scrumptious Malaysian delicacies and all. Mana boleh tinggal, kan? But of course with a little bit of extra care and mindfulness lah. Janganlah kita bedal 3 kati lontong, sebesen nasi dagang, ketupat palas, siu yok, bak kut teh everyday. Bersepai zip seluar nanti! 😅😅
Untuk breakfast kat rumah, I like to make a balanced & wholesome morning meal using local produce to last us until lunch. Kadang-kadang campur-campur bahan jugak....whatever’s available in the pantry lah. Tak perlu ingredients mahal pun. But most importantly it must contain the right amount of carbs, fibre, protein, has a good texture (I must have some kind of crunchiness either from the cucumber, carrots, or a simple lettuce) and perfectly seasoned. Omelette with loads of veges, a thick slice of sourdough toast, ketupat nasi cicah dengan serunding ikan/ayam/daging berulamkan timun/carrot sticks, plain low fat yogurt with madu kelulut, lempeng pisang dengan oats and many more lah. Eeeehhh...terliur la pulak lagi!😍💦😋🤣🤣

Hi, everyone. :) Today we'll show you how to make a crispy outside, tender inside, and delicious homemade Japanese pork cutlet sandwich: Katsu Sando カツサンド.
In Japanese, Katsu Sando is very popular finger-sized food. You can have it in convenient store, station food stand, or in a cafe. Sando means sandwich, katsu means fry cutlet, it can be pork or chicken, and is usually coated with panko which is Japanese style breadcrumbs. So katsu sando is Japanese style fried pork cutlet sandwich.
In this video, we use Philips TurboStar Airfryer to make the tonkatsu(トンカツ/Pork cutlet) , and the result is so amazing, if you have one, you can certainly air fry the pork cutlet, no need any drop of oil, several minutes later, you will have a golden crispy outside, tender and juicy inside, a deep-fried but healthy tonkatsu. AirFryer Katsu Sando カツサンド Recipe
✎ Ingredients
toast 4 slice, thick medium
pork chops 2 pieces (2~2.5cm )
salt and black pepper Q.S.
egg 1
flour 50g
Japanese panko breadcrumbs 50g
tonkatsu sauce Q.S.
cabbage Q.S.
✎ Instructions
1. Use a sharp knife to slice the cabbage into thin threads. Soak in cold water and drain them dry. Set aside.
2. Add 50g panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) in a frying pan, stir gently and evenly over medium-low heat until the panko is golden brown. Then transfer to the tray.
3. Push the brade tenderizer to make slits between meat and fat, and cut the connective tissue. If you don’t have tenderizer, you can use a fork to poke tiny holes to help tender.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 20 minutes.
5. Whisk the egg, and place egg, pando, and flour in 3 trays. Dredge each side in flour, then dip into beaten egg, let excess drip back. Repeat dredge in flour and dip into egg again. And press into panko to coat both side at last step.
6. Place the pork in Air Fryer basket and set to 160°C and cook for 6-7 minutes, once the time's up, flip over and set to 190°C to cook for 3-4 minutes, depends on how big is the pork is.
7. Put the tonkatsu / fry pork to coat the sauce in both side evenly, then transfer to the toast.
8. Add some shredded cabbage onto the pork, then place another piece of toast on top to sandwich. It's done.
9. You can cut it in half and more as you like. Enjoy!

Here are the 12 ingredients
1) Bread
2) Tortilla
3) Soba or Rice Noodles
4) Tomato Paste
5) Black Beans
6) Corn
7) Carrots
8) Bell Peppers
9) Chicken Leg
10) Onion
11) Eggs
12) Cheese

Breakfast - Pizza Bread (serves 1)
1) 2 slices Wholemeal Bread
2) 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
3) 2 tbsps. Tomato Paste
4) 1 tbsp. Cheese
Steps:
1) Boil the eggs until they are hard. Once the eggs are ready, thinly slice using an egg slicer.
2) Spread about 1 tbsp. of tomato paste evenly over each slice of bread and top it up with the sliced eggs.
3) Finally, sprinkle some cheese on top, just about 1 tbsp. on both.
4) If you have a toaster oven, simply bake for 5 - 7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread toasted. If not, you can also place it onto a pan and allow the bread to toast, then cover it for a couple of minutes until the cheese melts.
**424Cals for 2 slices of bread

Lunch – Vegan Black Beans and Corn Wrap (serves 3)
1) Tortillas
2) 1 can Black Bean (240g drained)
3) 1/3 cup corn kernel, washed & drained
4) 1 Bell Pepper, diced
5) ½ Onion, diced
6) 1 - 2 tbsps. Tomato Paste
Steps:
1) Start by dicing the onion and bell pepper.
2) In a bowl, simply mix all the ingredients together; black beans, corn, bell pepper and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
3) To assemble, grab one tortilla and spread about 1 - 2 tbsps. of tomato paste onto it.
4) Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixed ingredients and spread it onto one side of the tortilla.
5) Careful roll it up and press it down firmly. Enjoy!
**556Cals for 2 tortilla wraps

Dinner – Hearty Soup Noodles (one bowl)
1) 1 Chicken Leg
2) ½ Carrot, sliced
3) 1/4 Onion, sliced
4) 1/4 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
5) 2 tbsps. Corn
6) 4oz Soba Noodles
7) 1 Egg
Steps:
1) Slice up all the vegetables; carrot, onion and bell pepper.
2) In a pot, sauté the onions with about 1 tsp. of oil until fragrant and lightly golden, just for 2 to 3 minutes.
3) Then pour in about 1.5 cups of water and simply add in all the ingredients; chicken leg, carrot, bell pepper and corn. Season with some salt and pepper.
4) Let it simmer until the chicken leg is fully cooked through, for about 15 mins.
5) Then stir in the soba noodles and allow it to cook for another 5 minutes.
6) Soup noodles always taste so much better with an egg, so I’m going to crack an egg, stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes. I love an eggy broth.
