Ingredients:
Whipping cream-400ml(2 cups)
sugar-½ cup
Evaporated milk-100ml(½ cup)
Ovaltine- ¾ cup
Method:
Put your bowl whisk and cream in the freezer for 15 mins. Pour cream sugar and evaporated milk in the bowl and whisk until it reaches soft peak. Add Ovaltine powder and whisk a few times just until stiff peak forms. Pour into a container and freeze for 5-6 hours.
Tips:
1. Overbeating turns cream into butter very easily.So stop whisking as soon as it reaches to stiff peak.
2. Stir in between the freezing process 1-2 times. It will help the ice-cream to form soft texture.
