材料:
豬肩肉 350g,蒜蓉 1 tbsp,迷迭香 1/2 tbsp,鹽,胡椒粉,水 500ml,檸檬汁 1 tbsp
番茄醬 2 tbsp,水牛芝士 適量,車打芝士 2,紅洋蔥 1/3,紅甜椒 1/3,墨西哥辣椒 2 tbsp,番茄 1/3,檸檬汁 1 tbsp,鹽,胡椒粉
墨西哥粟米片 1包,芥末醬,酸忌廉,韭菜
做法:
1. 煎豬肩肉,加入蒜蓉,迷迭香,鹽,胡椒粉,水,檸檬汁,煮 25分鐘
2. 將豬肉切成絲,加入番茄醬,水牛芝士,車打芝士,紅洋蔥,紅甜椒,墨西哥辣椒,番茄,檸檬汁,鹽,胡椒粉,拌勻,加蓋煮2分鐘
3. 加入墨西哥粟米片,芥末醬,酸忌廉,韭菜

-Pulled Pork: 350g Pork Shoulder, 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Rosemary, Salt, Pepper, 500ml Water, 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
-2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce, 2 Handful Mozzarella Cheese, 2 Slice Pre-Cut Cheddar Cheese, 1/3 Red Onion, 1/3 Red Bell Pepper, 2 Tbsp Jalapeno, 1/3 Tomato, 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper
-1 Pack Tortilla Roll Chip (Spicy Flavored), Mustard, Sour Cream, Chive
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook 350g of pork shoulder on an oiled pan after making a hole in the middle of the meat. Add 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 0.5 Tbsp rosemary, salt, pepper, 500ml water and 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Boil for 25 minutes.
2. Rip boiled pork into pieces. Add 2 Tbsp tomato sauce, 2 handful mozzarella cheese, 2 slice pre-cut cheddar cheese, 1/3 red onion, 1/3 red bell pepper, 2 Tbsp jalapeno, 1/3 tomato, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper to pulled pork. Mix it well and make it into one lump.
3. Add the mixture on a pan and cook it for 2 minutes with the lid on. When the cheese starts to melt, open up a packet of tortilla roll chips and place it around the edges. Add mustard, sour cream and chives to complete the dish.
