小弟在十月底買了一個Loewe gate small要給我老婆，當作結婚五週年禮物，
也使用了新會員的85折優惠代碼
收到包包的時候發現包包表面有一小塊毀損，
馬上反應給客服，客服建議我退回去檢查，
如果檢查是產品問題就會寄新的給我，
反之就退回原本的給我，
所以我照著客服的指示按了退貨，
在選擇refund或return to credit card的時候，
我詢問客服要選哪一個項目，
客服說選哪一個都可以，我就選了refund，
並且在退貨說明寫上這是客服要我退回去檢查的；
上週五MATCHESFASHION收到退貨，
結果竟然refund給我的帳號，
我馬上寫信問客服，結果今天客服跟我說，
refund手續已經完成，沒辦法幫我處理，叫我重新下單一個新的包包，
我整個人氣到快爆炸！我付了關稅，現在包包退回去，叫我重新下單，
看看這個包現在的價格，我會像個白癡一樣重新買這個漲價的包？
難道他們是要騙我把東西寄回去而已嗎......
我當下把之前跟客服往來的信件都貼上去，一連寫了三封信過去客服罵人，
我想詢問有沒有人可以分享申訴的經驗，
或是有人可以分享申訴的管道嗎？
我真的很難過，我老婆很喜歡這個包，
本來也考慮要不要退回去檢查，
客服一直告知沒有問題，而且還說幫我預留了一個新品，我才退回去，
結果現在變這樣...有人可以幫忙嗎...
