Missing the Panna Cotta in Istria!! I don't know how they do their Croatian desserts but the Panna cotta there is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! 😋 It's so creamy yet light and fluffy... Topped with locally grown berries probably plucked out of the restaurant's own garden or something ridiculously fairytaleish like that. Everyone's asking me how Croatia was and saying my photos look so nice... It was really really wonderful - the real thing is even better than the photos! The people are super friendly, the food is so so good, and everything there is just beautiful, be it architecture or scenery. The beautiful Adriatic Sea that's a crystal clear blue green. No litter, no crime, no rudeness. Everyone there is happy and chilling with their glasses of wine (all made with Croatian grapes) and enjoying life, forlicking on the beach. Rainbows. Butterflies. Colourful birds. Walk pass a random tree and it's chockful of sweet fat plums - hundreds of them on every branch - that you can actually pluck off and eat... and it's juicier than what you find at the supermarket. It's almost disgustingly perfect - the closest parallel I can think of is the village in Tangled. Except it's even better because Tangled village has no internet and the Croatian 4G works everywhere. I'm so happy I got to experience Istria!! Everyone should definitely give it a try. 😊 #notasponsoredpost #althoughididgothereforfree #shareistria #nuffnangxistria
