Essential information about Ionized Water is the pH levels. Whether it’s alkaline or acidic; the colored chart provides a convenient form of quick recognition. A quick test by the litmus paper would give its precise pH level. The pH ranges from 1~14, a pH level of 7 is the Neutral level (distilled water).
