許多人到英國倫敦旅行,一定都會去倫敦南岸的 Borough Market
這個市集的原址,其實可以追溯至千年以前,就有在這個地點有商業交易販售
.
作為倫敦市區,緊鄰金融城以及City of London,Boough Market可以說是倫敦美食市集的代表
.
如果你是旅人,只有來一次Borough Market
一定會覺得胃太小,想吃的東西太多,但是卻無法每一種都吃到‼️

今天,要來分享來到 Bouriugh Market 必吃的排隊名店 -
👉 Bread Ahead
.
這家麵包店是開立於2012年,由Matthew Jones所創立,在這之前,他已經有25年的相關烘焙經驗。
於Bourough Market成立創始店的第二年,就在原址也成立烘焙學校,一直到現在,已經在倫敦地區有四家分店。

Bread Ahead 開業八年至今,於倫敦地區擁有四家分店,除了創始店Borough Market之外,還有
西區切爾西 Chelsea 的 Pavilion Road、
蘇活區 Soho的 Beak Street
最新的分店是在
倫敦北邊的溫布利 Wembley 的 Olympic Way,不只有烘焙還增加餐廳空間。

Bread Ahead 的烘焙教學坊,除了有教英國式與北歐式的烘焙糕點,也有像是Gluten Free類的烘焙,最有名的還有他的甜甜圈。
當你來到 Borough Market,每天午後一定都會看到一堆人排隊購買,他會在店門口的外面,設置一台外賣餐車販售甜甜圈 Doughnut 😁
他的甜甜圈不是真的像一般中間空空一圈的那種甜甜圈,而是灑滿白色糖粉外皮的圓形麵包,裡面會塞入不同的奶油內餡
一個個排列時,他都會故意在注入內餡的那個孔洞又再多留出一些內餡奶油,不只讓你知道這個甜甜圈裡面是什麼口味
也同時增加誘人的視覺效果

像我都會一次買好幾個跟朋友一起分著吃

Can be found at the Grand Imperial Group 喜粤飲食集團 group of restaurants! Located at Level 6 Pavilion Shopping Mall Kuala Lumpur is their 10th outlet. It is also my favourite outlet by far - equipped with a big LED screen on stage, and 10 private rooms which are decorated to enhance a private dining experience or even, an intimate family gathering.
The menu in Grand Imperial Level 6 Pavilion KL features most of the group’s signature dishes that often leave diners in awe. Apart from that, a wide selection of interesting cold dishes can be found here, and those dishes are limited only to this outlet such as the luscious century egg with creamy yolk, hamachi sashimi, ice plant, super sweet Japanese tomatoes, king jelly fish, duck’s tongue and chilled pork knuckle!
Grand Imperial’s signature Iberico Ribs (RM 16/100 gram) are slow-roasted to give it a rich flavour, and grilled for a nice slightly charred and crispy exterior. London Roasted Duck (RM 168) is our must order dish in Grand Imperial! It is definitely one of the best roasted ducks in Klang Valley because the the specially imported ducks are much fattier and juicier due to the weather in U.K. The Sea Prawns in Two Varieties (RM 26.80), Coral Trout Poached with Olive Oil (RM 39/100 gram) and Egg Noodles with Boston Lobster and Truffles are not to be missed too.
If you are looking for some top notch Chinese food in downtown KL, Grand Imperial is the place to go to! The food and presentation is outstanding and service is attentive.
