爬了一下NTUEE109HW版 得到一些心得
實驗模擬要用的這三個BJT都沒有內建模型
可以利用PSpice Model Editor來產生
說明書如下

步驟
1.利用google找到電晶體資料，用記事本打成pspice可辨認的格式，存成xxx.lib
2.打開PSpice Model Editor，並開啟xxx.lib
3.File-Export to Capture Part Library，製作xxx.OLB
4.打開OrCAD，右方Place Part-Add Library，加入xxx.OLB
5.Simulation Settings-Configuration Files-Library，加入xxx.lib
另外 我也將我做好的lib跟olb放上給大家下載
當然能自己動手作最好 其實很快
