YEE SANG highlights have to be their unique & healthy HAKKA LEI CHA SAUCE YEE SANG by Chef Wong.

Lei Cha literally translates to pound or crushed tea and it is made from ingredients including tea leaves, herbs and nuts. It is considered a highly nutritional dish with many health benefits.

Having this in mind, Chef Wong curated a special Lei Cha sauce to serve with the Yee Sang this year, the sauce comprises of mint, basil, long jing tea, Pu'er tea & sesame.

The Chinese New Year nine-course set menus, Harmonious, Opulent and Abundance are priced at RM 1,988, RM 2,388 and RM 2,788 respectively.

Dishes highlights are Double-Boiled Ginseng Soup, Tao’s Hong Kong-style Roasted Duck, Steamed White Sultan Fish, Double-Boiled Bird’s Nest & more. All menus will be served till 8 February 2020.
