Dr. Helena HL Yip is an opera and musical singer from Hong Kong graduated from ASU. She is a member of the Composers and Author Society of Hong Kong (CASH, HK), Helena worked with the University of Texas (El Paso), the El Paso Community College (Keyboard and voice Instructor), and the El Paso Opera in the States. Holding a MMus from UTEP, a BMus and a Dip from the HKAPA, the ATCL and LTCL of the Trinity College of Music, London, and Grade 8 with distinctions in Voice, Piano and Music Theory from the Associated Board of the Royal School of Music, London. She's also a finalist in the 3rd International Madama Butterfly Concours in Nagasaki, Japan (2008) and covered CioCioSan in 2011 with the EPO in 2010. As a 2nd prizes winner of NATS, Helena also participated in the Metropolitan Audition 2010 in the States.
