If not for the light coming through my window and me smiling, this selfie would have been quite dismal I’d say lolz 😂
that’s the reality! And ya know what, that’s okay.
The most unglam photo, noisy bunch of kids but our life is full of love.
Even though school reopens, and I have slightly more time for myself to do my work but my activities with kids does not stop when they come back home from school.
From homework, tuition, cooking and playing (plus scolding also lah). Besides exercising, all this daily jam packed activities, @alltenticjamumassage batik wraps help me keep in shape.
Even though it's more than 1 year after xiaomei's birth, I'm still wearing it, because its really very comfortable. I can wear the whole day and even when sleeping. One more thing I like, it wraps up to the hip! Hips expanded already must squeeze it back to prepregnancy size. Haha
Right now they have new color! I chose jade because my Chinese name "琪" means jade. Since its something I like, I would prefer to get a color which symbolizes me.
Keeping good in shape does not limit to just after child birth. It's a lady's life long goal!! But, remember it's to feel good for ourselves and not for others! @ Singapore, City. Asia.
