This episode is a bit tough in hard mode due to your nakama kept dying.
Recommend to use Smoker instead of Nami. Smoker has better move set to defeat enemy quicker.
Best to defeat the first Marco then head west to face Jozu immediately. This will prevent Chopper from getting overwhelm by the enemy force. Afterward, just head south and support Brook from Vista.
