Ingredients:

500g banana(it's gonna be 130g after dehydrating, 4 bananas approx)
300g oats
120g liquid sweetener(I used maple syrup)
60g coconut oil
60g walnuts
40g pumpkin seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Dehydrate sliced banana at 115F/46C for 24 hours.
2. Mix all the ingredients except for dried banana and raisins.
2. bake at 350F/180C for 25 - 30 minutes.
3. add dried fruits.

「材料」

バナナ　500g（乾燥後130g、約4本分です）
オーツ　300g
メープルシロップ　120g
ココナッツオイル　60g
くるみ　60g
かぼちゃの種　40g
バニラエクストラクト　小さじ1
シナモン　小さじ1

「作り方」

１、バナナを薄くスライスしてディハイドレーターで４６℃くらいで２４時間乾燥させます。
２、ドライバナナとレーズン以外の材料を全て混ぜ合わせます。
３、１８０℃のオーブンで２５〜３０分ほど焼きます。
４、冷めたらドライバナナとレーズンを加えます。
