We had this gorgeous #basqueburntcheesecake topped with summer berries and butterscotch macadamia #brownielavacup from Amiw's Basque Burnt Seriously, this is so gooood! The shop uses dairy products from local premium farms, and genuine vanilla pods from Uganda, so the ingredient quality is beyond a doubt. The cheesecake is smooth and luscious, a bit set than some other shops. What's special is that it is not too creamy or too sweet, you might unconsciously devour half of the cake before you realize what happened. The brownie cups are geared towards the crunchy side and pairs well with the oozing homemade butterscotch sauce and big macadamia nuts inside (walnuts option also available). This could be another favorite bakeshop of yours, highly recommended!
